Soul-filling footage and wonderful makes as always Sarah. I hope you get some more 'couch-days' again soon, those are the best!!! P.S. I want you and Rob to be my Aunt and Uncle.
I have quite a few volumes of Elsebeth Lavolds books. I liked her hempathy yarns. That piece fleec is some toothy yarn. I’m sure that sweater is pretty substantial.
I just love to see what you’re crafting each month. It’s always so inspirational. The long arm quilting looks absolutely amazing on your niece’s quilt. I have an 8 year old daughter who has a very similar ascetic. That star quilt block is so impressive.
Love all your projects. Glad you had fun on your February vacation. Glad the ice was thick enough to go ice fishing. Back to work now until the next break.
What a joy to wake up to this vlog on a crisp sunny morning in upstate NY! My heart alwAys skips a beat when I see you in my inbox! My favorite yarns ( besides my own) are also Peace Fleece and Mountain Mohair. I have recently made the trek to both Harrisville and Green Mountain Spinnery. I’m happy to report that Peace Fleece is back in production being released a few colors at a time. I recently scored 10 skeins of Patience Blue, so it seems they are keeping the names the same. I compared it to an older skein of Peace fleece in my stash and it’s pretty similar, definitely in how it feels, but it might be a slightly heavier gauge. I’m not ( yet) a quilter, but that stars upon stars piece inspires me to become one! Just stunning ! Thanks again for all your great content! And, for being you!
Stars upon Stars has that effect on people ;). Thank you for sharing your thoughts and update on peace fleece. That's all good to know. And than you for your kind comment, I'm glad you enjoy the vlog.
Thank you for the peace and tranquility that your channel offers. I love to see what knitting projects you are getting up to but also enjoy the quilts and other crafty adventures. Best wishes and looking forward to the next one already. (Margaret of My Wonderful Knitting Life podcast)
Wow Sarah, your coworker must be very special to deserve one of your beautiful quilts!! You are a fantastic aunt to your neices and nephew!!! Don't be hard on yourself about Rob's sweater- it's perfect, and the color is so pretty! A very enjoyable podcast to watch as always, thank you!!!!
Wonderful episode! We just had a small ice fishing derby on my lake three weeks ago. It’s always so much fun. Now, it’s ice out and excited to be getting on the lake. I love the mittens!
Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us on RUclips 🩷 The Leimu Mittens look like the perfect pattern for the handspun that’s just come off my wheel. I’ll be casting on this weekend for sure! Thanks for the recommendation. Yours are beautiful.
Hello Sarah, This was a wonderful episode. Your quilt star is spectacular!!! I absolutely love the brown sweater you are wearing in this video and was wondering if you can let us know which pattern it's from. Thank you for your time and inspiration. Peace & Blessings
So glad I found you. Such a refreshing and interesting podcast....my first watch. Will have to binge watch your earlier episodes while I knit. I am not a quilter but am a great appreciator of quilts so love seeing the process. Thanks so much
I recently got this book myself and I'm tickled that we seem to gravitate towards the same patterns - I've knit the horse fingerless mitts, and I also really want to knit the elven armor pullover!

Oh! This is good to know! Now I just need to quit job so I can knit all the things ;)
i live in Maine also and would like to find a long arm quilting service. Do you have one you can recommend?
Hi Bonnie, I have Linda Deming in Pownal do my quilting. Is that convenient to your location? You can email me fibertrek@gmail.com for her details.
