I thought my 2018 Elantra SE was the only with the 7inch Infotainment under the SE trim. I have never seen another SE trim with this package as it typically is only included in the SEL trim and up. Usually the SE comes standard with a 3.5 in radio w/o CarPlay and Android Auto. Cool to see that others exist.
Heyyyy I don't live too far from Mankato haha, what a small world. I just bought an Elantra recently and I want to get to know all the features in the vehicle. Thanks for the info!
Thanks for the question. I believe the images button is for when you upload a different picture as a backdrop. It will be grayed out until it senses a usb connected with pictures on it. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
Thanks for the question. Are you trying to change the name that appears after startup, or in the Bluetooth connection? I believe to change the name that appears after start up, you would click on Utilities, click on My Profile, click on Edit vehicle information, then change the name. Thanks for watching!
Hello, dear, I own the Elantra, the Middle East version, but the same screen has been installed. Please clarify the wires for the camera, because I did not find the place to connect the camera.
Thanks for the question. Not positive you can get into the TPMS system without hooking a scanning tool to the OBII port. However, you can reset the tire pressure if they were low and you filled them up by either driving at 50 mph for about 10 min or press the reset button which is located somewhere under the steering wheel (probably on the dash just below the steering wheel). Press and hold that (with the car off) button till the TPMS lights blink 3 times. Then start the car and drive for 20 min and they will reset. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the question. Which item are you looking to change(radio presets, arrangement of icons in the screen, safety system settings etc…)? Without knowing exactly what your looking for I would recommend you try the Setup App as there are many many items under this icon. Thanks for watching!
I would suspect one of two things as the cause of this:1. The usb cable is bad-try a different one you know for certain works or 2. You are plugging the usb into the wrong port. One port is charge only, the other connects to Apple CarPlay plus charges your phone. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the question. To access AM radio, click the mode button on the left side of the steering wheel until the infotainment screen shows AM Radio (you should press the Home button first). Then use the rotary dial on the right below the infotainment screen to get to the channel you want. Thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuysandaRide yes i know that but the rotary dial changes the the channel by 10 degrees up or down only I want it to change the channel by one degree to find channel 864 Is that possible?
Unfortunately I can’t find a way to do that. The owners manual only addresses what I have already said. My only thought here is to see if there isn’t something under the Menu button in the AM radio screen that would allow you to manually punch in the number , or change the number of degrees the rotary dial moves with each click. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
how do I change the name of it? like when I connect it to my phone or when other people use hands free. I would like to change it to the name I named my car lmao.
Thanks for the question. If you go into device connection settings, press device info, then click on vehicle name. Rename it then click ok. Thanks for watching!
Thanks, this was a big help. I'll have to watch it a couple more times to get it all.
You’re welcome. Glad we could help

Hey Oscar, how’s it going? Congratulations on your new car and thanks for watching
@@TwoGuysandaRide It’s going alright! The weather is definitely getting colder now 🥲
@@oscarthenotsogrouchy The worse is still to come :)
What car stereo manufacturer is that system? I want to replace my stock system and I want it to fit and look good.
It’s standard on this car from the factory so you’d need to reach out to them for information on the stereo brand
Do you know how to get the “images” button to work and what it does? On my 2018 SEL model it’s always grayed out.
