- We are almost finished with the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Clutch replacement and exhaust upgrade! We bleed the clutch, finish the Kline Inconel Exhaust installation, put in a Forza Componenti B4A exhaust controller, get the bumper and other components back on the Super G, and finally start it up! The new Kline Exhaust sounds absolutely amazing! We can't drive the car yet as the clutch isn't calibrated but we will finish that up soon.

Dan, did you end up getting and installing that aftermarket fibreglass rear bumper skeleton from Poland? If not how were you able to affix all the rear grilles etc?
No we didn't. There were still enough places to hold the grills on. The new owner decided to kick that can down the road for now but I'm sure we will eventually help him resolve it.

Had a midengine 350 kit car. Headers went straight back and had dual cherry bombs. No x-over. Sounded awesome. Shoulda had a titanium x-over.
X-pipes make a great tone
The Kline sounds fantastic! Would love to hear this under load and compare it to the Armytrix titanium valved exhaust my wife got on her LP Gallardo. I know the motors are different and the 5.0 sounds more F1 but both will be loud. Wondering what the decibels are for this and her car. 👍 Great work Dan. 👍

Do you have a lead on where to find petronas products? I have a huge sticker on the underside of my hood and some mentions in the owner’s manual “only use petronas fluids” but for all my hunting I could only ever find where someone imports the brake fluid on Amazon.

V10's have a unique sound.
Especially the older Lambo V10.
After the LP560, they dulled the sound quite a bit because of the firing order change

I have the Ferrari sports exhaust and after market headers on my f430! and there are times when I wonder if it’s too loud. Try a long journey.
That's why you get the Forza controller so you can close the valves on long trips

I have an IPE exhaust on my 08 SL.
In your honest opinion, is there a better sounding engine than a straight pipe 5.0 V10?
I might be bias, but I would say no.
Maybe a naturally aspirated Diablo V12 straight pipe? But its a close call. The sound is incredible!

My E63 M6 V10 sounds amazing with the IPE. I need one for my F12 but warranty....lol
@@normalguysupercar A pretty cool video would be of a few different straight piped cars going through the same stretch of tunnel but without any visual. Basically just like a number on the screen, and the sound. And then at the end, show the car behind the number.

The Autel tool has the ability to bleed that clutch. It's a 3k tool new, less if buying used. Imo will pay for itself on the second car.

We will eventually. It costs more than we're making on the car so it's not exactly something we need yet.

The new exhaust has a nastier bite at higher Rs, Lots of Cheese though. I thought the stock one didnt sound too bad at higher rpms. I know exhausts in exotics is typically the first thing people do but its a lot of Money to sound a little better. But if you have lots why not...right? Performance change much?
It will pick up some power with the tune.

Hard revving when there is no airflow cooling anything seems dubious...sounds good though.
Chill out Einstein, the revs were not prolonged.
The hood was open and we revved a few times, I think it was low risk.
