No here's some general stuff you should know but still depends on each family! You can approach the girl to be sure she's available maybe do her a favor, small talk, ect, the best way to win her is try to be her friend, it's hard but if you want it you can do it! And the serious part come, arabs date in the fiançailles phase, after her saying OK to you, you can take her on dates, in this phase you both still have the right to say no i don't wanna do it to whatever you didn't feel comfortable with while dating her, this phase can last months as can last days and then the marriage contract phase comes to the light if everything went well.
As a single Arab girl I can tell you this. Try to approach her at work or school and have small talk to show interest and go from there to learn more about her and the culture to sound interested. Talk more every chance you see her. When she you sense she is interested in you, ask her about what she think about marrying non-Arab and how her parents would react. If she is ok with it express your interest in her and that your intention is MARRIAGE. It is very important otherwise she would think you are just playing around because this might be be the last time you will talk to you.. 😅
