After watching your video on oils ’ve started using rosehip oil for my body acne and I feel like it has made such a big difference! Thank you so much ❤️❤️
Anna Flores It is a 45 minute drive without a ton of traffic. Which where I live would be in the middle of the night. Maybe one day when I am feeling more ambitious.
I've been using it for years and the way I do is by mixing it with my witch hazel as my toner, or when I'm lazy with my moisturizer and run out the door.
It is a good acne spot treatment. You need to dilute it with another oil first or else it's too harsh. I really recommend the tea tree oil even though it's a little expensive, it is so amazing!!!!
Yes, with moistizer please dilute it! Essential oils are strong! I had to go to the doctors because, I had a small pimple and put tea tree directly, the doctor said it was fine but the antibacterial power brought up everything and sent a mass of white blood cells so fight the infection which turned into a cyst on my face!! If there is alot of bacteria in the pimple which you don't know the antibacterial power can cause a massive response from your blood cells, which actually die and cause pus making the pimple bigger!! 😘
As a verrrry oily skinned person i swore I'd never let oils touch my face...i bought the trader joes argan oil for my hair but come to find out i loooove the blendability i get when i buff in huda beauty foundation with a few drops of argan! It does oxidize other foundations like revlon colorstay tho
Hi Cassandra! A few summers ago I started a routine where I used an olive oil-based cleanser (Hada Labo) to remove my makeup and I washed it off with a gentle cleanser (Cerave). I loved it, but after a few weeks I broke out like crazy with little bumps on my cheeks. I was wondering if you have heard of other people who have had similar reactions? I would love it if you did a video on oil cleansers, especially since they are so popular nowadays. Thanks for the video!
Lol I just bought the vitamin E oil like a week or two ago. I actually feel like it's been helping my skin, but I guess I'll know for sure once I hit the one month or two month mark. Wish me luck!
I recently bought he Antioxidant serum and had to return it. It’s incredibly thick and doesn’t feel good on the skin. And I agree, way too much dimethicone. I like the treatment tree products though.
I need to get my booty to Trader Joe's!! I missed it soooo much living on Maui 😭. Trader Joe's is what introduced me/got me into Tea tree oil. They used to have these round wipes. They were perfect for traveling through Europe with. Saved my skin from acne breakouts even with eating all the yummy gelato, cheese, pasta etc 😏Would you pretty *please* oh please answer a question for me🙏?? I know you are so busy so I feel terrible adding to your plate 🥺. But in your opinion, being THE only one I trust, do you think that Lecithin in skincare would clog pores/cause breakouts? I want to use a lotion/serum with lecithin in it, it's supposed to be natural and nontoxic which I love, but I don't want my face to be covered in pimples (just recovering from a bad one). - ❤ One of your dedicated 🦋 forever. Thank you for being Be*YOU*tiful ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
I looked up the PH level on the rose water toner (and Thayer's, which they probably knocked off). The PH level is close to the skin's natural PH level. In other videos you say not to use acids with retinols bc they cancel each other out. Would using this toner between the two address that problem? Thanks for all your great videos! I am finally using my beauty products correctly and getting much better results for less $$$.
I work for that company that makes the hyaluronic acid and facial serum 😊 wild cause we have a website that sells the same thing but its called Skin Recourse MD and we have a bigger selection, but its pricier 💁🏻 i package each order too 😬 i get to try out the products as well 💖 that hyaluronic acid is a ddrreeeeaaaammmm 😍
looneylax18 the vitamin e oil at TJ’s has other oils in it that are high on the comedogenic scale rating and can break most people out such as coconut oil. Look for just 100% pure vitamin e oil which has a small probability of breaking out your skin. It’s meant for hydration and healing as well as anti aging benefits for aging skin. Look for noncomedogenic oils such as hemp or Argan for acne prone skin!
I want to try Trader Joe's do bad, but it is a hour away!! I wonder what sulfur products they may have!!? You suggested sulfur and it saved my skin, thank you so much 💖! Does chemical peels make you oily???
Thank you so much cassandra for all the infos as always. I've learned a lot from you ever since last year. Learned what is right for my skin and all. I've been always OC when it comes to what I'm going to put on face and the simplest i could put. But you, you're such an eye opener for everyone, on how to put healthy stuff on our skin. I always believe in you and i know that you only say truth about skin care stuff. That's why i always see you as a truth basis when it comes to skin care stuff before i use new products. I would always go back and watch your vid if i forgotten something about how to use like moisturiser or like sunscreen. And then the stuff that i understands, i always remember it. So thank you gurl, soooooooooooo much for educating us all. I love you cassy 🤗😙😘❤️♥️💖 good luck for everything and may god bless you even more.
yesss!! i’ve been waiting for you to check out trader joe’s skincare products and see what you think of them. now i really want to try the hyaluronic acid serum
I just want to say I love your videos. I always learn so much. Was wondering however if you can do an up to date skincare routine for morning and night
i binged watched your acne journey and youre such an inspiration! i love doing research so im also glad that youre advocating product knowledge. im in college/young and i've been wanting to go on a vegan/mediterranean diet to help diminish my acne/pih but because of my culture/the fact that i'm broke and a picky eater switching diets isnt easy for me (so im doing a fake switch and just cutting out junk). i was wondering what your thoughts are on emu/moringa oil as a moisturizer instead of jojoba! love from new york x
Hold on hold on hold on. So that Trader Joe's brand face wash with tea tree oil is LITERALLY just Desert Essence's tea tree cleanser. Even the bottle is the same exact bottle. Just the label is different. Sneaky sneaky, Joe
Hey girl! Great video! I loved the in store real time shopping. This a superb idea going forward. I like your information and vlog style. My only wee suggestions or tip. Is to clear up the audio. EIther by using a different camera that maybe has a bit better sound capture abilities. I am not sure which one you were using. But some dslr cameras are great for picture image but not so great with sound. In the future for an investment, a great idea may be a lava lear (or lapel) microphone. Those are pretty great and help cut some of the outside noise down as well. Not super expensive but not cheap in my opinion. To me and my sad budget they are pricey lol. Just all thoughts for future videos. This one over all was great! It was so interesting to see what the ingredients were that were cheaper to manufacture and ones that could help or harm the skin. Well done. Hugs!!!!
The best thing you can do for your skin is to put nothing on it. Putting oil on your face is a bad idea. Save your money. This girl is talking soo fast that it scared me. Also reminds me how the society is speeding up. Humans are becoming chipmunks.

Same 💖 and sulfur she helps so much 🙏
Seriously their hylauronic acid serum is AMAZING. Can’t live without it now. Already been through 2 bottles!
Elizabeth Nicole if you don’t mind my asking, how would you recommend it to be used? I’ve seen some differing opinions on it...
I used the blueberry scrubs and it felt like it caused small tears on my skin
I think if my city had Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, I would shop there all the time.
Anna Flores It is a 45 minute drive without a ton of traffic. Which where I live would be in the middle of the night. Maybe one day when I am feeling more ambitious.
Me too, mine is a hour away 😭
I live about 15 minutes away from both
Ms. Nohotyoga Same.
Where I am, I can hit Whole Foods first and Trader Joes is right up the street
Mystique Darkholme - same!
How do you use the tea tree oil? Do you
Mix a drop with any serums or moisturizers? :)
I've been using it for years and the way I do is by mixing it with my witch hazel as my toner, or when I'm lazy with my moisturizer and run out the door.

I love Trader Joes but now I know what to look for in regards to their skin care products! Thank you for always providing helpful information!!
Omgee ive been waiting for this video to come out 😁😁🤓 what do you think of the Trader Joe’s Enrich moisturizer?

Wow this is perfect timing for me! I was just thinking about buying some Trader Joe's skincare earlier today!
I love their antioxidant serum! I use it as a primer
Lol I just bought the vitamin E oil like a week or two ago. I actually feel like it's been helping my skin, but I guess I'll know for sure once I hit the one month or two month mark. Wish me luck!
I use their tea tree oil cleanser for my oil wash, and there rose water spray and they are so nice
My friend has the scrub and it's one of the best things I've ever smelled
I recently bought he Antioxidant serum and had to return it. It’s incredibly thick and doesn’t feel good on the skin. And I agree, way too much dimethicone. I like the treatment tree products though.
It's nice that trader joes has that full refund thing. I mix mine with the moisture serum sometimes and it worked wonders for my skin.
Do you know if I can return it if I removed the packaging but haven't used it? Also no receipt

I was at TJs today literally looking at the skincare section and thinking of you
Great video! Thank you for taking us to Trader Joe’s, I miss it!!!! Love how you continue to educate us and keep us healthily beautiful ❤️
Is the Trader Joe’s vitamin E oil comedogenic? Or is vitamin oil comedogenic in general?
I used it a lot and it made me break out really badly

Wait can I use jojoba oil as a moisturizer alone or am I supposed to use it on top of a regular moisturizer?
wow I am suprised about that serum in white box & clear bottle . I have been hearing alot of good things about that stuff.
Love Trader Joe’s products. Really love.
Aw man! You didn’t do the sheet mask! I’ve been using it and was excited to see what you thought about it!

@@kalenalexisbeauty9102 So crazy! Yeah, I looove the Desert Essence cleanser
@@lexiegraham2547 I don't know why they can copy like that, but the TJs one is cheaper sometimes.
It made my skin dry
Desert Essences tea tree was a harsh product for me.
The blueberry açaí smells good enough to eat. I’ve been tempted to eat it even though I know I should not.
Can you pleaseee do a "Skincare in Whole Foods" ? :D
What about Sprouts Farmers Market??
Do you know if their hyaluronic acid serum is vegan? Thanks, my phone is dying... in case I don't watch you entire vid.
