    I really wish these were not always geared towards setting in home appointments, especially since your leads are statewide or further the T65 is minimum of 2 states
    Anyone can do a training on setting appointments its always the same

    I don't know why I watch your videos I'm not even an agent haha. But learning the overall techinique is very good. I got how you call the person by the name right away with a smile and make them believe you are familiar to them. Then, you don't let them make decisions, like when you say "is it good on friday what time?" instead of "when can a I drop off information". Very good! Cheers from Brazil!

      I normally try not to at all just because it just opens it up for objections, also you loose control of the call when you do. Great question thank you!

    Hey Cody! How do you handle a situation where you show up to the appointment and the lead has a spouse, but their spouse is not present?

      I'd offer to call them up. But that's just a Hail Mary. I try to make sure when I schedule an appointment that the decision maker will be present.
