I have the same computer and when I did it, the screen did go black. However when I turn it back on, it still ask for a password. Do you know what I am doing wrong?
@@Dineliasreparaciones Why do you not just reply to the person anyhow? They might have just left it on pause or something, some other people with the same model might read it, stupid to not reply.
