Sounds like an ex race bike . Buy a new bike - take everything off it ( including the speedo ) race the shit out of it - then put all the brand new factory stuff back on to sell . Probably destroyed a clutch or two while being raced , and unfortunately someone butchered one ( but even that likely wouldn’t have been discovered if not for the incorrect shim when they reassembled it ) .No mystery really - and certainly not cursed .

@@BikesandBeards if more dealerships approached the "make things right" the way you do man; what a difference .
dude your a hell of a guy, not many businessmen that would cover the bills like that, that's customer service you cant buy and honesty and integrity are second to none.
there needs to be more like you around pal.
"I'm just here for the food" shirt lol
Perfect shirt for funerals
Wouldn't mind if the shirt was worn by a fat bstad like me. lol
I just want to let you know the reason for your business doing so good,is because of your honesty!.If I was going to buy a motorcycle,I would definitely buy it from a person like you.I'm 63 yrs old and had many motorcycles since I was 9 from mini bikes to Kawasaki 750 H2 (the widow maker) to a Bourgets chopper and have never in my life seen a more honest and professional guy like you.Now I'm just enjoying your videos since I don't ride anymore because after all I did my neck and back don't let me.Keep it up!!👍
I'd buy a bike from you in a heartbeat.
Me too. He's so honest.
My issue is living so far from him. Like I would but if something goes wrong I gotta ship from Miami.
@@MrNightpwner not every bike has problems like that. I'm sure if something like this happened. You would take it to your local dealership and get a quote and he would send you a check!
MrNightpwner lmao I was thinking the same thing I’m in Miami and I’d get a bike from him but it’d be a mission low key
I live in michigan and wanna get my next bike from him
Man y’all just earned a customer for life with that dude.
You guys are the most stand up guys in the industry. Props to you . Love your content and honest business practice .
I’m going to drive to SRK for my next bike! Honesty, Integrity and Faith. Worth the 500 mile drive to give business to an honest man.
that's outstanding customer service
Wow! I have never ever heard of a bike dealer as great as you, seriously you just made that guys day. We've all had bikes with problems and my own experience is that the dealer will either support you to a degree and then your on your own or will just blank you and your on your own. You guys are the best
I’ve never seen a dealer be sooo kind to a customer . Props man
Wish the world had more great people like Sean in it. His Honestly and customer service is 100%
I've said this before & ill say it again. We need more guys like you here In Australia! Your a Top Bloke!!
It was a PARTS BIKE ! - The dealer, when there was an ill timed Honda Parts 'Back Order', took it from that CBR; so they turned that unit into a New Parts boneyard...
When you have a Super Popular model, it makes no sense in making customers wait through the Japanese source issues (Labor or earthquake related)...
Your your parents did a fine job in raising you! I’m sure you make them very proud. Good job!!
You are the man. Never seen that kind of customer service. God bless y’all
More businesses large or small, should stand behind what they sell as you have shown. Customer satisfaction is the key!
Been following you for a little bit, just now getting into some of the older videos the only thing I can say about this is you guys absolutely Rock paying for the repairs, that is the absolute best customer service I have seen anywhere.
Makes me happy to see there are good people out here that can cover themselves by doing what you need to do to be a great business! Proud of yall
That’s pretty cool that you’re helping the guy out. Most places would say, we sold it as is.. but you guys took care of him!! That’s awesome!
I had to show my son this to explain what integrity looks like. Awesome.
The guy sounded super happy and surprised you were taking care of the problems. Nice one.
I feel like that was such a long description for just a clutch basket and a gear
You’re such a good dude man. Wish there was a lot more people like you, wish you had a shop near me lol
Dude, you are a legit business owner. People could learn a lot from you. I'm glad people like you still exist.
I'd pull the oil pan and see if that missing clutch basket material is clogging up the oil pickup screen and i would also tear open an oil filter and see if the basket material has accumulated in there. Because if all that missing clutch basket material is in the engine, it will cause excessive wear.
Yes, that material had to go somewhere. Checking it would be good piece of mind.
Jman G yes, pan was removed rite after that 👍
You are the first and only honest motorcycle dealer I have seen in 45 years riding bikes.
Imagine if every company had this level of customer service. You are the Chick-Fil-A of the motorcycle world! 👏👏👏
Robert DiOrio does he hate gays too?
sean goes way above and beyond with the customer service. the customer should say more then just a simple "thanks man" no other dealership would pay for any of that
I wish Harley Davidson had the same customer service
You are an amazing person. Ive never seen another business do this for a customer. Around here it's "well you bought it was is bye". You made me smile today. Thank you!
This is exactly why I watch your channel, you guys are a class act! I love your style and passion for the motorcycle industry! Keep up the great work! 🙏🏻👍💗😉
i wish a guy like you had a motorcycle store in my country that sells something and actually cares about it .i admire you
Does your country have alot of beautiful girls or is it just you. Your super cute
Top customer service, wish it would be like that everyone.
Most humble dude on the internet. Much respect. We need more people like this.
That’s a scooter 🛵 this is this motorcycle 🏍
That's the irony of it lol
Raymond Eldridge for licensing purposes, that would depend on the engine size.....
I truly wish there was more honest dealers like you in the bike world it means so much to the customer honesty goes a long way in my book.
This video is why I will be buying my Bike at SRK and riding it home to Long Island.
HUGE points. "We are going to cover that". OUTSTANDING
Any chance that Honda was converted into a race/track bike, and just had the gauge cluster removed? Hasty conversion back to street form to sell it might explain all the weirdness....
Looks too clean though
@@riderzinc on the track they remove stock plastics
@@RaisingLionsNotSheep I know they do, I have track bikes but i'm talking to condition of the actual bike is immaculate
@@riderzinc I agree plus all the cosmetic stuff wouldn't make sense. Most likely belonged to a military guy that shipped it and either died or had a baby and bike had to go
Mate, I'm on the other side of the world (in Aus) and if I could I'd buy a bike from you.. haha. Buying used bikes can be a very risky endeavor but seeing how you carry out your business is incredible.Yeah, that Blade will cost you some coin in the short term, but 100,000 people have seen this video now and i know more people will be heading your way to buy a bike soon, based purely on your honesty and your integrity which has been on display in this video. Keep it up mate, I'm glad I found your channel and I'm glad there is at least 1 trustworthy dealership left on this planet.
Watching this makes me realize just how bad the customer service of shops and dealers around me are
Its awesome to see guys like you doing good for your customers even when selling as is...I had a similar thing happen with my 09 Streetbob and bought it as is from a local small dealer I came to buy the parts to fix it and they had me bring the bike in and fixed it for me free of charge.
Nice job Sean for giving this customer great service on his bike issues. I am still enjoying my 2002 Yamaha Road Star Warrior that I purchased from you all a little over 1 year ago.
Ex track bike, wouldn’t have had Speedo etc fitted when used on track
I firmly believe ALL new dealerships and existing dealers need to see this video as part of thier licencing and renewals. Simple things like this really help the customers out. And how much do you wanna bet that customer is a customer FOR LIFE! and bring back 2-3 of his/her buddies to buy from this dealership. A 1,200 dollar investment in multiple bikes sold down the road.
Sean, Caleb and Harrison. Y'all are doing good work.
My God. There is a difference between making things right, and then saying "if ANYTHING goes wrong with this bike in the next year I'll cover it" if you did that with every bike you sold u would go out of business pretty quick
As someone who runs a small business where reputation is everything, customer service of this magnitude is amazing. If company's ran like this all over the world and people were just honest how amazing would the world be. Keep up the awesome and amazing work . God bless
A 14v idle on a new honda is ABSOLUTELY normal, it's called break even rpm. A bike SHOULD charge around 14.7 at 5K. For that moron to say it was cooking the battery by charging 14v at idle is just idiotic.
When my rectifier went on my 919 it was charging at 20v at idle. It almost exploded on me while I was riding lol
@@_carnage2v927 lol, I've seen bubbling batteries with busted reg/recs all the time, light ya balls up 😂
@@joshuastevens2144 ya my shit was bubbling too. I could barley get it out of the bike it had expanded so much. Unfortunately it shorted out my pcm too, that was an expensive fix.
How awesome is that? The lengths SRK cycles will go to not only keep their flawless reputation, but to make their customers happy beyond beleif. Well, I know I would be happy for sure. Anyone who doesn't appreciate that level of integrity would be out of their mind. When Sean said I'll mail you a couple of checks during that conversation over the phone, I honestly don't think that customer was expecting that. How awesome.
And that’s how you run a successful business.
I wish everyone was like this lol
James Ireland same here. Because if I was the customer, and I was getting ready for my next bike down the road, I would look no further than SRK
you did the right thing ,its apity more dealers arent as good and honest as you man ,, may your god bless you
that bike was a display bike .Meant to hang up not to run.
Ive been a ghost viewer (not subscribed) for about a year after watching this video and seeing over and over how amazingly you run your business has convinced me to become a subscriber. Lots of respect earned right here boys good job 👌🏻
Is it just me or the guy didnt seem that happy when he said ill pay for the bill he was like oh ok with customer service like that id be showing more grattitude because its very rare nowadays
i think it was more shock and sometimes people arent sure how to respond to customer service of this level as we just arent used to it. Awesome thing to do by SRK Cycles, can they come to the UK pls :)
Fair play paying those bills as I seem to remember you originally selling this bike sold as seen. The buyer knew there was no fluids, oil etc and you gave him a discount but still treated the customer well above and beyond what you needed to.
That bike has suffered some serious abuse. I wouldn't trust that engine.
Its so nice to see a business with principals, and the desire to do what's right, Thank you.
This is how a professing Christian should run a business.
If all businesses were run the way you run yours the world would be an incredible place. If I ever buy a bike again I will be seeing you! I’m very impressed. This is the way business was done before money was all anyone cared about. Thanks for bringing honest business back!
This is how God's children are supposed to act.
Thats definitely not bad business and you're definitely not stupid. Any other used bike dealer would've screwed that guy over in a second. You're good people at SRK cycles. I wish something in your warehouse was in my budget when I bought my bike a month ago. I know you don't need to hear it but everyone seems to be genuinely good people at your shop and you all deserve to be doing good things. Some people in life have the opportunity to pay it forward and they chose not to. I love the scripture in your videos and its good to see good people not afraid to record what they believe and share it with the world. Thank you for your videos and for being a good human being. Be safe and have a good one.
BURN IT WITH FIRE... RELEASE THE DEMON WITHIN... PRAISE JEBUS
I love this mechanic guy explaining what's up he's so enthusiastic its great
You’re a real bro. We need more people like you in this world.
I'm atheist, but I gotta say... God bless you guys.
Your customer service is 100% on point.
At my local dealer I've been screaming and blowing a gasket coz after a service by bike would come back with scratched/chipped plastics and after a tyre change the rimms were all scratched up etc to the metal. I have no choice but to goto there due to the fact theres no one else for a good 50mile+, through rough mountain runs etc.
One reason I've had to learn how to do 90% of the work myself just to save damage on the bike.
You guys are a breath of fresh air. Lovely to see in 2019.
This is one honest and classy guy!... a good example to all business owners out there!
Pretty work man!
