    Hello 👋 Thank you for this information. Is this plant the same as Alchemilla Mollis please? They look the same to me, but 🤷‍♀️ am unsure.
    Also, is this safe as a tincture for somebody undergoing cervical cancer therapies, to help couneract the hormonal disruption and early onset menopause? Thank you.

      Hi there,
      yes alchemilla vulgaris or alchemilla mollis. For somebody undergoing ny form of cancer therapies I would advice they work with a professional herbalist like myself alongside their doctor in order to get the best results.     may I ask how do you prepare for use? And what other herbs do you use with it for menstrual cramps. Please

      Hi there Kaitlin, I literally dry them (only for a few days) then make a strong tea with them. Other herbs for menstrual cramp include viburnum opulus and cimicifuga racemosa

    Hi Caroline, could you please tell me what, if any side effect are there from using Lady’s Mantle tincture on a regular basis. 3 times a day 50ml bottle. ❤️🙏
