Sir you have wonderful speaking style. Most of our Indian people intentionally trying to bring western speaking style while they are communicating. I mean pronounciation. But even a person who has basic English standard, can very well understand and enjoy your speeches. You have a perfect voice and your words ae cristal clear. You are really inspiring us Sir. Here are some tips for you @Aman Ahirwar
(1) Read more
(2) Listen more
(3) Speak more (Don't worry too much about people making fun OR worry about your accent. Aim to be understood, not perfect)
(4) Ask for feedback (Be open to all feedback and corrections. When people correct your english. Say Thank You. They will be happy to help you more.)
(5) When you hear good phrases and usages, write it down (Have a notebook or note application for storing new learning.)
(6) There are online videos with English lessons. Some good links can be found at www.thoughtexpressions.com/english-lessons Bookmark this page as it will be updated in the future.
(7) Don't try to be perfect. Be patient.
(8) There is also some language learning phone apps.
(9) Be relentless in pursuit to learn this. With time you can master this language and speak on topics you are passionate about
(10) Read (1) to (9) above and take action! Every wants to be better communicator. No one wants to do the work.
