I use the liberty 4 NC in the gym where there is lots of noise and loud music being played and people I'm speaking with say that they can hear me well and that my voice is clearer than the background noise.
Once you find the right size rubber piece it should hold very well. But if you really are moving intensively and bouncing around I would suggest one of the styles that clip onto your ear or ones that also loop around your outer ear(I have a bose wired pair that does this comfortably and strongly enough that I can play soccer or sleep with them in and not know they are there. I don’t think that second style exists for wireless earbuds though, but the clip on style is the second most secure. As long as you aren’t pounding the treadmill super hard and are smooth while running these will be perfect. Alternatively you can use a slightly too big rubber piece(flange?) and cram it in to be more secure. Slightly less comfortable that way. These are probably the best $99 noise canceling pair you can buy right now

bro, I'm going to use it in gym too .. Is it suitable for workout and fixed in ear or it may go out of ear when I run or do some hard exercises ?

I just lost my A40 so reviewing Liberty 4 NC. Mic is very important to me as I have lots of meetings and A40 did the job well.
Didn't try the A40's mic, but the Liberty 4 NC's mic is also very competent, from my personal testing.

after a very extensive research i found out that libert 4 nc mic qulaity is not good on calls instead liberty 4 is good
In my testing, Liberty 4 is the best for calls, but Liberty 4 NC are very good as well.

New firmware update 4.88 better mic quality especially for my voice
So they already fix it with the latest firmware update?
