I love these. I'm trying that sauce next time. I make mine with the sausage chopped and veggies and shredded taters, and shredded cheese rolled up inside the omelet. Yours is prettier, but i like mine to hold together. Sometimes I make them on regular bread, sometimes rolls, sometimes a tortilla. Depends what I have. Now that you turned me on to puffed pastries, I'm going to try those.
Really liked your Saturday morning commercial Todd brought back some memories. Wonderful breakfast sandwich l would just put a little bit of Ketchup or hot sauce over the hash browns. And some Hot Chilli yellow peppers on the side. 👍🏽

Next level to go with breakfast is making your owon breakfast sausage. I use a recipe I found on youtube and modified slightly and it's better by far than any breakfast sausage I've ever had. Breakfast sandwiches will never be the same!

I'm with you on breakfast for lunch or dinner! I love making those. My favorite breakfast sandwich is a version of the local restaurant's "Rise and Shine Burger". I make it on the flat top a couple times a month. It's a burger (or sausage patty, or both) with double slices american cheese, a rounded pile of hash browns, a fried egg, two slices bacon and a spicy honey maple syrup sauce (I simmer chili flakes in honey and maple syrup). It's not just for breakfast, anymore!
I got breakfast plans now for next Saturday, except with hot sausage! Forget carb counting! That's for sissies! But then I'll have to do carb penance. 🤨 Thanks Neal!

Hey Neil, how much CHEEEEESE did you put on that cereal, lol. The subs looked great. I made myself one of those this weekend but it was on a hamburger bun. I had leftovers from a couple of days prior. I hated up the leftovers on my GRIDDLE and made me lunch. It was great lunch. GRIDDLE ON DUDES.

In all honesty I would love either one of those. In the morning, at night, works for me, but I love breakfast for supper. As far as carbs I watch mine too. I watch them enter my mouth, but unfortunately I always lose count. On another note I was looking at some old videos and came across the one with your dad "Big Fish Fry on the Griddle" so I watched it again and it got me to thinking. What if he comes out with a fish fry? I started laughing because right away I told myself if he had been in the Marines it would be "SEMPER FRY THAT" But he was Navy. It's funny because I love and respect all of our military but for some reason every year when Army plays Navy I always cheer for Navy. I think it goes all the way back to 1977. I had a good friend whose cousin had joined the Navy. I remember seeing him once in his uniform and I remember him talking about it. I am not a 100% as it was a long time ago but I thought he had said his uniform was Salt and Pepper. So if my memory is right, (you probably would know) then that would be a cool name for something, maybe "SALT AND PEPPER THAT" FISH FRY or maybe something else. Then again I might have it all wrong. 1977 was a very long time ago, lol. Great Video!
