JFT got a longer portion because there weren't any clips from her horror stream. Also, sasuRaden lol. ~TL Notes~ 2:35 - The only pun in English I could think of was "A sheety story about sheet metal" but I wasn't feeling it so I just left it as is. 2:37 - She usually goes "Jan jan!" so I think she might've been making another pun here with "fan." Truly a genius of our era. 3:40 - "Sun" is more like an onomatopoeia for composure (Making my way through my backlog. Let's gooo)
Everyone else: Screaming Raden: A discussion on the history of air conditioner development and the construction of homes in post-war Japan. And then screaming.
I love how Raden spent like 80% of the stream just talking about the architecture in the game and was basically a entire hour in the tutorial because of it 😂😂😂 It's kinda unfortunate that nobody decided to clip that stream, because it was really fun to see how much educational moments she got with a random game and showed how knowledgeable she really is with a lot of things
Is this how Raden streams often? An informative dive towards random stuff? If so, I am missing out on a lot. Sadly, I barely know Japanese and context clues can barely save me with how fast she talks.
There are not many clippers who are able and willing to translate long, trivial topics (especially in Japanese) because let's be honest, it doesn't pull much algorithm compared to, let's say, yabai or pon moment clips. On the top of my head, I only know Statsky and Maple Leaf, at the cost of sacrificing speed and of course the views that comes with it. Crownless king, I say.
XD Raden the history buff. With all her smoking, drinking, traditional-esque style and extensive knowledge. She feels like that one mature informant character in a bar you go to in a game or story
Raden is very involved with the parallels between life and the game's universe, eh? I suppose it should be expected of an art aficionada. If only Holo could play SCP Containment Breach, she'd be the absolute best for that.
Thank you as always for the high quality translation on topics that are not commonly clipped! Raden is truly full of depth isn't she. I just can't stop listening to her talking about various stuff. Her motion sickness seems really bad so hopefully she can find calmer games for her to have fun with.
Meanwhile, non-Asians in the USA finally discovered split-air ACs around 2015. I had a friend with severe motion sickness in video games. The weird part is every new game triggered it. She had to get used to them slowly. 5 minutes one day, 10 minutes the next, etc etc
@@SeanCrosser Protectionism...I got one around 2013 (Fujishima tsunami thats why I remember), the EPA required much higher efficiency ratings for ductless than for standard central air. It was harder for them to meet the standards.
I can't stand split-unit air con systems, honestly I'd prefer the single large unit used for mobile homes or businesses any day of the week, you don't have water everywhere inside the home if the tube decides to get gunked up or the indoor unit turns into a block of ice.
Ever since stumbling a clip of Raden about art, I got more and more curious. She's climbing into my oshi list just because she's such an art geek (I know she's a former art curator, yes yes). Her streams seem to be educational and I quite like that! Thank you for clipping!
To be fair to her the movement in that game looks really... weird... it's definitely not smooth. And the camera angle has some effect to it that makes it feel a bit nauseating even to someone who has zero issues with this stuff.
im late but i just want to thank you for being a dedicated raden translator. I enjoyed so much of your clips and a lot of translators skip out on her and ignore so much of her quirkiness and unique humor and knowledge. She's a treasure and so are you.
Never too late. Thank you so much. My number 1 goal of my channel is to show everyone the sides of my oshis that don't normally get clipped. Each comment like this makes me feel like I'm accomplishing that!
@@statskytl naruhodo. I went to check it out. Doesn't help the final stage in my playthrough. Lieterally the DLC stage was easier for me too soooo. Hella stuck on the final stage. Hence I wanted the map or maybe code or mod it. I find it too difficult x.x

I get the feeling I would watch a LOT of Raden if I could understand Japanese.
Ikr, I straight up started learning it so I can watch her 😅
Same
I myself don't really understand a lot of Japanese, but watching Hajime makes it not matter much, since everyone barely understands her.
Raden's level of education that casually leaks out in her streams will make it even harder to learn enough to understand.
@@JasutinLol, information overload?

Raden: The More You Know

0:57 The crackle of the mic really adds to the scene.
Monika so strong she glitched her mic too
Thanks for the extra long Raden section! She's very funny but my Japanese isn't good enough to get many of her jokes live
0:51 why is her scream so funny to me 😭😂
That pun is genius. Also love it when she suddenly explain history. SasuRaden!
Came to watch Raden plays horror game
Stayed for history lesson of Japanese architecture by Raden
That sheet metal buildings are still ubiquitous in SEA. Even I still saw some in Malaysia, which is relatively a wealthy country there
"Calm down"
"Ok."
Four of ReGloss loses it, and then there's Raden.

Huh so after 1970's, but well before 1990's.

Wait, USA got split air condensers that late?! That's.... I can't believe that.

Raden is easily my favorite from ReGloss

JFT just built different.
Raden, this fckin nerd, I love her
Finally. Someone in Hololive who I can relate that got motion sickness when playing in first person. I'm going to sub to her when I got the money.

Raden is a treasure.
I wonder what happen in 1970 for them to decide, you know what. Let's split them air con.
MILR (Man, I Love Raden)
"The doorbell rang, right?" [panicked breathing] "What do I do?"
Relatable.
Raden is someone who plunge into too much rabbit hole
Raden is really something else... (but everybody from DEV_IS is
Thanks for the JFT Clip.
My favorite JFT clipper!!! Yes!!!!
2:40 i guess this means know raden apex arc?
...I think I found my favorite
Did she mod the game to have a map?
Apparently the Switch version has a novice difficulty which provides a map and some other mechanics to make it easier
