Water wheel good
Nice machine but it would be easier for motherfuckers not to throw trash in the water! Just saying!
Most of the litter is not from people throwing trash directly into waterways. It is from storm water runoff. The cigarette butts, leaves, branches, and general litter are washed into curb & gutter storm drains which do not go to treatment facilities but dump directly into streams which eventually work their way to the ocean. Even if we could get total compliance with anti-litter campaigns, it would not completely solve the problem. Debris & litter removal is needed at storm water exits and at the dams, and locks, on our river ways.
