Haha, I mean when you only post once a year a lot changes! But I think it's because I'm playing around with what I feel most conformable with in front of the camera. My more wacky self or a more "up-tight" version. Thanks for watching throughout the years, more to come soon.
Hi awesome video, I just received my easyrig mini max with stabil light arm, I understand that the top arm needs to be in the “middle” balance holding the gimble+camera, but what about the back knob that controls the rope tension, what is the proper amount of tension of the rope? Are you supposed to let the rope be loose enough so the camera drops slightly? Or super tight? please help and thank you
I also have the Stabil Light and use it with my ursa mini pro + sigma lenses. (barely within the weight limit) After 1 shoot i noticed that the rope starts to have some wear on 2 spots. Is this normal? The rope and stabil spring are not yet maxed out, so i'm thinking this is ok. But the rope has me worying.
Honestly I'm not sure, I know I was testing it being maxed out but I've been using it under its wait payload and I haven't noticed any wear and tear. However I did notice that the way it all fits in the bag feels oddly snug when dealing with the cable, I feel like the way you're supposed to put it in the bag puts an odd amount of tension on cable. Which is where your problem may be coming from. Every time I pack I feel like I take a few extra moments to make sure the cable isn't being chocked against the middle frame/pole. I would try to maybe send it back and get a new one. I hope that helps and good luck.
It’s absolute wild how every time you upload a video I witness a completely new Manny :)

Why are you using it as shoulder rig? 🎉
sorry, I don’t mean to be offensive, but the word „wacky“ was INVENTED to describe performances like this one
