I love the way you explain what you’re doing as you’re building, it’s so helpful for those of us trying to improve our own buildings skills yet it’s something not a lot of planet zoo RUclipsrs do, thank you!
I’m really excited for this area. You did pronounce Manitoba correctly! If you want some inspo, Assiniboine park zoo in Winnipeg, Manitoba has a section called “journey to Churchill” which is set up similarity to this. It is designed to replicate the town of Churchill (where the bear traps you created are from), and has some pretty neat design elements - and a really cool polar bear enclosure!
Seeing how creative and detail-oriented you are-I mean, going as far as placing a layer of "powdered sugar" over the pizzas to make them look more like fried dough, are you KIDDING me!?-leaves me simultaneously deeply touched and almost utterly disheartened. The amount of care you put into your builds is awesome (in the literal sense of the word) and inspiring, frankly, and watching you work out innovative ways to recreate real-world items with in-game pieces is beyond impressive. But the reason I also feel disheartened is because I'm almost positive that I will never come close to designing something like this! Haha. I can't be too hard on myself, though; I've only logged about 56 hours on Planet Zoo at this point (if, by chance, you remember, I'd commented on another SBZ video a few months ago saying that-paraphrasing-your uploads provided a lot of motivation for me to start playing). I've seen a lot of improvement just in that short amount of time as I familiarize myself with the mechanics of the game. And, as another user alluded to, I greatly appreciate your explanations because they help us see your planning process and make us better creators, prompting us to think well outside the box for our builds as you have done-and continue to do-so brilliantly for yours!
@@ZSHplays true. I can’t find any exact photos so maybe they prioritised Income from the mining industry more than flour mills. You could always do an abandoned mill or mining factory as either a habitat or a prop piece. Ketchikan Creek in Alaska has a great river mill situation with photos from 1905, the woodwork and bridging is amazing. I just don’t have to skill or patience to make this but I’m sure you can !!
big fan how this is turning out. i'm not from alaska but the northern part of the midwest so this is really close to home regardless. excited to see the rest >:-))
IM SO IMPRESSED! I love the way you made this area feel like it is surrounding a small frozen village. Your creativity is amazing and I cant wait to see the polar bears soon. My question is: After the frozen north is finished, what other animals/episodes did you have in mind to finish the zoo or will the zoo be finished after the frozen north is done? Thanks for another great video :)
I've been asking for antlers as building pieces forever. It's quite common to find in zoos displays with real antlers from different kind of deer to compare them. Anyway, nice video as always.
- the bear viewer piece is from Fort Worth Zoo in the Wild Texas area next to the otters and alligators. Lots of my nieces have sat in that little circle watching the bears sleep away a warm Texas afternoon.
Hey man, loving the zoo so far. Is the background music put in when you edit the footage or is it just the music playing at the time of recording? Honestly the planet zoo ost is easily top 3 videogame soundtracks for me
Is their any other way i can be in the explorer's club. Also, im so happy that you got me into Planet Zoo. I watched the hole of tecton Zoo now this zoo. My favorite place is the tigers and lions and penguins and sea lions are my absolute favorite's but i love all of them. But ya is their any other way i can get onto the explorer's club.
I remember watching when all we had were a couple of tree frogs and flamingoes. This zoo has come so far!
It certainly has!

You are so welcome!
I love watching you make small decorative touches to all your builds, its very inspiring.
Awesome, thanks!

As always, I think your zoo amenity builds are my favorite!! This one may be your best yet!
Aw thank you!

Thanks! 56 hours is essential 56 minutes in PZ standards so don't worry about it, you will improve all the time!
Oh wow, would definitely want to visit this zoo if it were real! You nailed the old pioneer town look.
Always cool to see my home state represented in some way. Very good video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing build. And also very beautiful, the custom details you make.
Glad you like it PSVG!
Another awesome build ZSH! Can’t wait to see the first habitat for this area!
i love that you added fry bread that stuff is addicting i love it!
I wanna try some now 😁
Your donation bin look so realistic
Looks great !! Flowing the river through with a mill wheel from the East asian set would look great.
That would be cool! I'll have to see if that kind of thing was still in use in 1901

Reminds me of my childhood!
It feels like Christmas when you release a new video
Haha amazing!
From Manitoba, you nailed the pronouncing! You should check out the winnipeg zoo polar bear exhibit 🙂
Thanks, will do!

Thanks Aramar, yeh would be an excellent addition!

Yes! Nice one, thanks

It is put in afterwards in the edit, I try and freshen it up for each episode
I live in Alaska and never gotten really good frybread maybe it’s where in Alaska
Wished the actual San Bernardino city was as nice as this zoo.
I actually made a pill on your planet wild episodes on Reddit
How big are the elephant habitats in squared meters?
14,500m
This is awesome! I’m sorry if I missed it, but what is the yellow building?
It’s a rest room, I skipped the build as there was a lot to cram in
The best zoo in the planet zoo
I am from brazil

I’m not being mean, but I love the way he says Bar.

How about a mooce waterfall for the next build?
Sounds nice!
*moose
Anyways am back I did fix my Ovldata. But there's one problem I have when building idk what to place and where to place it..
Hah that's a problem we all have 😁
I’m getting red dead 2 vibes from this town
Hah I thought exactly that when I put the steps in, god I miss that game!
what are the 2 large habitats at the back?
I know one is for polar bears but what is the other one for?
Both for polar bears! These are going to be huge!
how do you build so good?!
I really hope you took my advice about your third Asia area. Also I just realized you don’t have any kind of reptile house. Are we getting one or no?
The tropics house is pretty close!
I've thought about it but we don't have that many reptiles left
I think the next animal is the artic wolf or fox
8 seconds ago 😮😮😮
First view! Keep up the great view
