The Fish-man Island flashback is one of the best in the whole series. I love how Oda manages so many plot threads (some that he wrote 10 years prior to this even) in this cohesive and moving story about the dangers (but also the harsh reality) of hate and prejudice. Great reaction and comments as always, can't wait for the rest of it
I guess someone on patreon probably cleared it up for you but just in case since you asked, "unclear justice" is Kizaru's motto, all admirals have one and it affects how they deal with every situation and decision that involves "justice". Btw we've already heard these but just to remind you Aokiji's was "lazy justice" and Akainu's "absolute justice".
Both Fisher Tiger and Otohime specifically mentioning the future generation and the children gets me every time. Both want the same thing but go about it in different ways and you can't really blame Fisher Tiger for how he felt at all. I think Jinbei letting Arlong just has to do with him not being able to bring himself to put Arlong down because no matter what he knows Arlong will end up doing he still one of his brothers deep down. It doesn't mean he is guiltless but it does make sense and is understandable imo.
OTOHIME IS THE BEST! She is what I love about a real good leader! Oda never disappoints in creating powerful but compassionate leader figures who are actually cool and good role models in real life! She is physically weak and has a lot of flaws but that's very endearing! Not like current girl-boss feminist protagonists nowadays.

Fisher Tiger was a legend.

Otohime's drunken speech is the best.
So many great characters!

I'll miss you Saint Mjosgard.
All Admiral stands for different types of Justice:
Kizaru- Unclear Justice
Aokiji- Lazy Justice
Akainu- Absolute Justice.
I think fishman island is such an underrated arc. Yes this flashback does alot of heavy lifting but just thematically it's some of Oda's best work.
Actually thats not just strawberry's,hes has a elongated head going up,is that a good way to word it.
Jimbei is too honorable to do an Usopp but that thought was funny lol
