1. Hakuna Matata 2. Circle of life 3. Remember Me 4. Friend like me 5. Belle 6. Your Welcome 7. Cruella De Vil 8. Shiny 9. Frozen Heart 10. Once upon a dream
I wouldn't put hakuna matata first cause we don't really get to know the characters with the song, your order in general it's more like personal taste and not the best to introduce the characters
"Bells of Notre Dame" should've at least made the top 4, if not the first spot. Not only does it introduce multiple characters, it introduces the themes of a Victor Hugo story in just a single song. Not an easy task considering his books are as thick as the Bible. And the atmosphere of the song is wonderful, too. The choir singing in Latin, the grandiose music grounded by a pipe organ, the song's operatic epicness never gets old.
Thank you for giving the late, great Phil Harris two spots on the list, as Thomas O'Malley and Baloo. "The Bare Necessities" was the original Hakuna Matata ! I'm glad to see those early movies from my childhood weren't overlooked in favor of the modern, Broadway type songs from the newer movies.
Natasha Romanoff No worries, but when you get the chance, watch it. And we’ll laugh, chuckle, talk about it and go home happy. What do you say come on? 😂😂😂😂
Belles introduction song is one of the best foreshadowing songs to. Id guess its technically his second song but I am weak for the song Gaston in where La foe introduces Gastons all best sides to his friends. Its such a wonderful character introduction song that I forgot he is the villain of the show every time. I also love Moanas "How far I go" at the beginning of Moana. It might be her second song to but it is the perfect combination of I want song and introduction song. Johan.
The whole Aladdin movie is Robin Williams at his best. ❤️ For me the best part of Bare Necessities has always been Bagheera’s grimaces. They’re hilarious to watch. 😂
But Ursula had already been introduced and seen in a few parts of the movie before she sang her song, these are supposed to be songs sung right as or right after the character is introduced in the movie
But the dwarves weren't going to work! They were singing about going home! Actually listen, they said "It's home from work we go." EDIT: I love how Remember Me is on the list for De La Cruz. Even though he didn't write the lyrics, he managed to cover the song in a way that instantly described him, instead of keeping it as a sweet little lullaby for a very special little girl.
Castle of Dreams is one of the Worlds you visit in Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep. Each of the worlds in the game you visit with each of the 3 characters. Also, in Hunchback of Notre Dame during the song “Out There” when the camera zooms out from Quasimodo you can catch a glimpse of Belle walking down the street.
You all forgot “This Is Halloween” from The Nightmare Before Christmas. It does a great job showing us all the citizens of Halloween Town and does even a better job of introducing the main character Jack Skellington.
My top three intro songs; 1) Oo-de-lally from Robin Hood 2) World Greatest Criminal Mind from The Great Mouse Detective 3) Why Should I Worry from Oliver and Company
Every time I play the Eventide Island segment of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", I always have "The Bare Necessities" going through my head as Link, in a style akin to Mowgli, gathers the bare necessities.
Cruella De Vil, The Bare Necessities, Thomas O'Malley... Damn, Disney was so groovy in the 60s ! They might not be as popular, but I'll never grow tired of rewatching the 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book and Aristocats.
I like Hakuna Matata(Lion King ), the bear necessities (Jungle Book), You're welcome (Moana ), Crulla Devil ( Hundered and one dialmation ) , Friend like me ( Aladdin R.I.P Robin William ) and Belle ( Beauty and the Beast ).
We also got “Odelalee” from “Robin Hood” which introduced Robin Hood and Little John. That song was used in a camera commercial with cute animals from a few years ago.
I'd pick For The First Time In Forever from Frozen rather than In Summer. I adore how differently sisters sound in this song, while their lines and voices reflect their characters and worries.
I'm so happy that Why Should I Worry was at least an honorable mention. I adore Oliver and Company, and that song is easily my favorite in the movie. Even if most people barely remember the movie, since let's face it, it's not one of the best Disney has made, people tend to remember Why Should I Worry. Which makes sense, because it's super freaking catchy, and Billy Joel sings it. I'm a little surprised that the Kuzco song from the beginning of Emperor's New Groove didn't make the list, though. It's funny, and introduces Kuzco as the selfish emperor he started off as.
I think "Why Should I Worry" is the best, if I'm thinking it in an objective manner. And I love it soo much. But if I had to pick my favorite, it would be Jasiri's and Kion's "Sisi ni Sawa", in The Lion Guard, that basically serves as Jasiri's introduction, and also gives a whole new spin to Kion's whole mentality for the rest of the series.
Ahh I'm so glad you included Ratigan song as the honorable mention msMojo😊 Did you like Great mouse detective too? I see GMD always made a list in every single of your videos!
I knew what number 1 was before I even clicked the video. On another note, there is no doubt, Emily, that you and Rebecca are sisters. look, mannerisms, speak. lol
Growing up Georgette from Oliver and Company had the best intro song that can be compared to any Disney Princess with the same elements but more sass ;)
I’m surprised “When Will My Life Begin” from Tangled didn’t make the cut! I mean, similar to Cinderella’s song, it gives us a great little view on the world of our heroine Rapunzel.
10. Poor Unfortunate Souls 9. One jump ahead 8. Out There 7. When you wish upon a star 6. Shiny 5. Hakuna Matata 4. You're welcome 3. Friend Like Me 2. Oogie Boogie's song 1. The World's Greatest Criminal Mind HB MENTIONS (character songs) Gaston Prince Ali

Absolutely agreed!😊
You are spot on,because I literally know each one of these songs you have listed!
I wouldn't put hakuna matata first cause we don't really get to know the characters with the song, your order in general it's more like personal taste and not the best to introduce the characters
Pedro Luis, good point
As the wise Mushu said: designer on you on designer on yours cow... pretending I said that as Eddie Murphy
Belle's intro is my favourite too. But I also love Hakuna Matata a lot.
Yeah that's my favorite
I never really liked it.
Mine too!
I was on the Disney cruise once and I put on beauty and the beast. My mom was like 😍
Great concept for a list.
Thomas O’Malley is crazy underrated.
The Aristocats is underrated.
Completely agree
The entire movie is
Severely underrated it's some of Disney's best work!!!!!!!!!!!
I named one of my cats after that character! Thomas O'Malley Cat.
Shiny. It shows Tamotoa's personality SOOOO well. Very catchy.
What make Your Welcome is so perfect is that what "the Rock" probably actually say when he introduce himself
1. Belle
2. Friend like me
3. Hakuna Matata/ You're welcome
Her: "I bet one of these songs is stuck in your head now"
Me: "why should I worry? Why should I care?"
You are awesome!!!!!
I might not have a dime! But I got street savoir-faire!
Me too
U go girl I absolutely love that song too
Maybe I'm biased but 'you're welcome' should be higher on that list. It is lyrical genius, catchy and a hype song
Why should I worry is so catchy, Oliver & Company is so underrated
That song was one of my favorites when I was little
BIG AGREE
Billy Joel! Love that song.
Yes!! Great song, great movie. Definitely under rated.
I loved that song, along with Streets of Gold
Honrable mention "Out There" from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
It's also a great song.
Another honorable mention here, is "God Help The Outcast" and "Hellfire", another two songs from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Especially because during the song you see Belle in the streets, connecting the two movies
HECK YEAH!! such a beautiful song. Hunchback was alien Menken at his best.
"You're welcome" is one of the best Disney songs ever!
NO MENTION of Kuzco's intro song 'Perfect World' from ' the Emperor's new groove'???? Shame on you. it's SOOO underrated
As the wise Mushu said: designer on you on designer on yours cow... pretending I said that as Eddie Murphy
I came to this video expecting Kuzco’s song to be in the top 5
Msmojo, dishonour on you, dishonour on your cow...

Go the distance from Hercules and My Reflection from Mulan!!
Reflection isn't a character intro song.
Natasha Romanoff Neither is Go the distance
@Jesús M. Soto González, I've never watched Hercules or heard the song before, so I didn't know. Thanks.
Natasha Romanoff No worries, but when you get the chance, watch it. And we’ll laugh, chuckle, talk about it and go home happy. What do you say come on?
😂😂😂😂
Those aren't intros
Belles introduction song is one of the best foreshadowing songs to. Id guess its technically his second song but I am weak for the song Gaston in where La foe introduces Gastons all best sides to his friends. Agree!
Even if it's just an honorable mention, seeing Ratigan on here is awesome.
I just noticed Great mouse detective always made a list on every Disney related msMojo videos. That's make me so happy 😆
Cruela DeVille should be on this list. 😃😃😃 (BTW I’m just watching this for the first time.)
A few minutes later: And I was right.
The whole Aladdin movie is Robin Williams at his best. ❤️
For me the best part of Bare Necessities has always been Bagheera’s grimaces. They’re hilarious to watch. 😂
I would have thought Poor Unfortunate Soul from The Little Mermaid would have been on the list.
As the wise Mushu said: designer on you on designer on yours cow... pretending I said that as Eddie Murphy
Yeah like if daughters of triton made the list how did poor unfortunate souls not
But Ursula had already been introduced and seen in a few parts of the movie before she sang her song, these are supposed to be songs sung right as or right after the character is introduced in the movie
The belles of Notra Dame is epic. Not even an honorable mention 🤷🏽♀️
Friend Like Me should've been number 1.
Also would've liked it if Dr. Facilier's "Friends On The Other Side" made the list.
*Ms Mojo Uploads*
Me: Thank you?
MsMojo: Your Welcome
Haha😂
MsMojo host: I bet you're gonna have one of these songs stuck in your head right now.
Me: What can I say expect you're welcome?
But the dwarves weren't going to work! They were singing about going home! Actually listen, they said "It's home from work we go."
EDIT: I love how Remember Me is on the list for De La Cruz. Even though he didn't write the lyrics, he managed to cover the song in a way that instantly described him, instead of keeping it as a sweet little lullaby for a very special little girl.
Omg #8 is so catchy and fun!! Definitely one of my favorite underrated Disney songs!! :D
Hakuna Mata is probably my favorite and friend like me. Favorite honorable mention why should I worry 😍💜.
"Belle", "Friend Like Me", and "Hakuna Matata" will always be my favorite Disney character intro songs.
where is tangled? when will my life begins? That's a freaking intro song...like, literally.
I had a feeling “Belle” would made the top list!🤓🤩
If You're Welcome is proof of anything, it's that The Rock has something to fall back on when time finally catches up to his gorgeous body.
Daughters of Triton was legit my favourite intro song!
Aw, You're Welcome deserves at least to be among top 5 ;w;
Oh well, good list ~
Maybe this should have been a top 20 list and the honorable mentions and a few more songs should have been on the list.
i totes agree on that one for sure so that way it be just CRUELLA on that list a lot more would be apart for sure
I love Hakuna Matata it's one of favorite Disney intro songs I also like friend like me and Prince Ali.
I love the bare necessities it's hilarious(in my opinion)
Both Belle and Cruela De Vil are my favorites 😁💗🎶
So nearly if not completely, everyone in the world says that. 8D
Can you make a top songs from Disney heroes ?
10:13 10:24
Thank you @MsMojo! It’s just that these two are so underrated. Especially their respected movies.
My top three intro songs;
1) Oo-de-lally from Robin Hood
2) World Greatest Criminal Mind from The Great Mouse Detective
3) Why Should I Worry from Oliver and Company
I legitimately thought Circle of Life would be number 1
Circle of life isn't technically a character introduction song.
TheBridgeStarNL I thought Hakuna matata would
Thank god it wasn't, it was number 1 for a different video and the song is pretty overrated
I mean it kinda is, if you know what the words at the beginning mean in English. it's a song to introduce the birth and presentation of Simba.
No! I hate tat song!!!
What about "When Will My Life Begin"?? I love that song so much.
"Cruella de Vil" is Disney's "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch."
Every time I play the Eventide Island segment of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", I always have "The Bare Necessities" going through my head as Link, in a style akin to Mowgli, gathers the bare necessities.
Pnil Harris was a golden voice actor. (Thomas O'Malley cat, Baloo, Little John) He truly was one of a kind.
Why should I worry should be more than just an honorable mention. Billy Joel songs should always be more than just honorable mentions
That was amazing.
I think the number one should have been a different song that takes place in France with the word "bell" in it.
Bells Of Norte Dame? That’s my guess...
@@jasminejohnston6393 Yep. It's one of the best Disney songs, if not THE best, and it technically introduces Judge Frollo.
YES. Every song from Hunchback is amazing. Bells of Notre Dame is such a gorgeous song.
Msmojo: Watch out for those demigods
Me: Because they'll steal your heart like Percy and Leo 😭💔
*Hulk* "Puny God
I kinda liked "start of something new" HSM....
Friends on the other side ? Touch the sky ? When will my life begin ? One jump ahead ?
Cruella De Vil, The Bare Necessities, Thomas O'Malley... Damn, Disney was so groovy in the 60s !
They might not be as popular, but I'll never grow tired of rewatching the 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book and Aristocats.
My personal favorite is the Gospel Truth from Hercules.
i love Friend Like Me but One Jump Ahead is one of my favorite songs of all time!
My favourite Disney Intro songs are:
1. Belle
2. Friend like Me
3. Bare Necessities
4. Out There
5. Your Welcome
6. Hakuna Matata
7. Cruella De Vil
“You’re Welcome” is The Rock singing what more would you expect!
Ode lally.the introduction of Robin and Little John is my sentimental favorite
We also got “Odelalee” from “Robin Hood” which introduced Robin Hood and Little John. That song was used in a camera commercial with cute animals from a few years ago.
What a travesty !!!!! In Summer is an honourable mention and not part of the main list !!!!
I agree!
I like the new addition of having the narrator featured in the video.
Nope. Nothing can beat Friend Like Me. Belle is a beautifully composed and sung song, but. Robin Williams.
Yay!! Love the Belle song. Favorite as a kid.
Friend like Me should have been #1 hands down.
It's a great list, but you forgot evermore from the beauty and the beast remake that introduces the beast, and his love story of Belle.
I wished The Three Caballeros song was on this list whether it was part of the countdown or made an honorable mention
I love The Bare Necessities
I love the Thomas O'Malley song.
He is the best cat ever!
I'd pick For The First Time In Forever from Frozen rather than In Summer. I adore how differently sisters sound in this song, while their lines and voices reflect their characters and worries.
Cruella De Vil is hardly a quick little ditty if you count the musical interlude.
I'm so happy that Why Should I Worry was at least an honorable mention. I adore Oliver and Company, and that song is easily my favorite in the movie. Even if most people barely remember the movie, since let's face it, it's not one of the best Disney has made, people tend to remember Why Should I Worry. Back to back Phil Harris songs. Sweet
This is Halloween! Great intro to the town and when Skeleton Jack is revealed to have been the scarecrow the whole time it's awesome.
*Number 1:* Will Smith Genie's Magical Song (Aladdin 4: Jafar Needs Glasses)
I think "Why Should I Worry" is the best, if I'm thinking it in an objective manner. And I love it soo much.
But if I had to pick my favorite, it would be Jasiri's and Kion's "Sisi ni Sawa", in The Lion Guard, that basically serves as Jasiri's introduction, and also gives a whole new spin to Kion's whole mentality for the rest of the series.
My favorite is definitely Hakuna Matata!
Your welcome
Shiny is not only my favorite intro song, but my favorite Disney song in general! Tomatoa has glam!
I loveeee that song. "Because I'm beauuuuutiful, baby" 😂
Ahh I'm so glad you included Ratigan song as the honorable mention msMojo😊 Did you like Great mouse detective too? I see GMD always made a list in every single of your videos!
I love The Great Mouse Detective.
I think it should've been Friend Like Me at number 1, its been one of my favourite Disney songs since childhood
I knew Belle would #1. It's the first Disney movie I remember watching. My first relatable character
I knew what number 1 was before I even clicked the video.
On another note, there is no doubt, Emily, that you and Rebecca are sisters. look, mannerisms, speak. lol
My top 5:
