One of the best ways to pair down your keys when you're going 'out out,' is to have a separate set of keys just for leaving and coming home. No work keys, no car keys (if you're not driving), just the bare minimum you'll need to get back into your place of residence. My going out keys also have a clip on but it's a lot smaller, as I would rather clip them to a bra strap and tuck them inside the cup than risk any distorted pockets, or an inability to get back into my home if my bag is nicked. 😉
I would never put anything in my back pocket for 2 reasons: it's one of the most common sources of back pain and it's the number one spot for pick pockets.
This is just for wearing form fitting pants though. So unless that's the majority of your wardrobe and you live in a climate that never gets cool enough for a jacket, it's probably fine

Simple solution to keeping stuff in your back pockets is to wear a chain, or belt, and hook your items to that chain/belt. Phone, front right pocket. I also use and recommend one of those card holder wallets, I use Herschel’s Oscar wallet and it always goes on my front left pocket. And keys I always have them in my Keysmart organizar, on a stylish carabiner and also tucked in on my back right pocket. No bulge, nothing falls off, and nothing feels uncomfortable. Hope this similar, but slightly different method helps anyone out there. Edit: I also use sling bags, or crossbody bags if I am going to carry more stuff (earbud, sunglasses, a battery pack, etc.). So I also recommend getting one if you feel like it.
Ive put all my stuff, wallet, keys, earbuds, on a carabiner. Its a look you have to commit to but i find that it works for me. And if you arent living in nyc i think the pick pocket concerns are silly.
as far as keys go, i really reccomend the ridge walley key thing. i also prefer to have a nice crossbody in a neutral color especially for more casual outings. a crossbody bag is also my go to since i use a wheelchair. i dont really use back pockets often since i am sitting down 24/7
What about earbud cases? My phone and wallet and generally pretty flat so they’re fine, but my AirPod case always lumps up my pockets, especially with dressier pants. Any suggestions?
I used to use a small carabiner for my keys, but they have a habit of breaking, especially with the work I was doing. So I got a screw locking key ring (carabiner shaped, dirt cheap on aliexpress) and a key ring quick release. Super secure on the belt loop for peace of mind, but very easy to detach the keys for use and then reclip the quick release.
As an Edc enthusiast let me offer a couple suggestions : pocket placement aside which completely up to ones taste, I'd suggest switching from a double sided card holder to a bifold card holder, same form factor, which is a LOT smaller than a regular bifold wallet, but it keeps your cards a little more protected from rubbing against fabric or dirt whilst giving you the option of keeping a couple cash bills or miscellaneous paper (a note, tickets, stuff like that) in the middle. As far as keys you should take a look at the TEC accesories P7 suspension clip, minimal form factor, and it keeps your keys hooked to your pocket in a vertical position, although I would suggest to switch them to a front pocket if you use that. I paired my P7 with a brass fishing swivel and a small (and I mean SMALL) fishing split ring which in your case would be an improvement given how little is on your keychain. If you want to go the extra mile you can add a Spyderco Bug knife which is pretty much the tiniest knife you can get which will still do all those little tasks in which a blade could be helpful 😁👍
I go back left pocket too! Back, cause my phone doesn’t fit in my front pockets (typical girl pocket problem) and left cause I read about back in the days when people had swords, they were on the opposite side of side of their body than their dominant hand to make it easier access to grab. And I did it for fun (originally front pocket) and then it became a habit! :P So many people think I’m weird for having it on the left side but I find it uncomfortable on the right side now that I’ve formed the habit
Gosh! I needed this too! I've gone through a couple of pants because my phone would create an outline and eventually a hole from one of the corners. Now I'm putting it in my back pocket. I like the keychain idea too. I'd be too worried about sitting down and my truck alam going off because one of the keys accidentally hit the button though. So I might opt to get one of those retractable clips instead for my loose keys and keep my truck key in my left pocket.
Yeah talk to us about the body bags. Fanny packs and messenger bags and whatnot. Some people also have a lot more kit, for instance smokers, or if you EDC a knife or a light.
Better idea. (As yours make you an easy target) 1. Use an extension clip for keys but pair down as much as possible 2. Its suprising how much a smart watch from samsung or apple can replace the need for both a phone and wallet. If you go down this path though, you should clip/pin your watch so it's harder to take off and steal
I would put my phone on my front right pocket, wallet goes in the front left pocket. The keys would hang from the belt holder in the front. Since everything is on the front, i am well aware of everything whereas if its on the backside it feels vulnerable. It works for me but i don't know if it will work for you.
hello , keys wallet phone change purses - with a blazer a tote bag is a good idea - the waist bag on waist or crossbody is the usual for the 'now' shared bike riders. the phone and tote would end up in the basket. elle for anorak pockets
After what happened to iphones like 8yrs ago (and still happens to new phones at random), I'm never ever putting a phone in my back pocket ever again. It's also the least sensitive pocket and easy to pickpocket from, so I personally only wear my valuables in front pockets or jacket pockets, - something I can either feel or see with much more awareness when out in the town. And I'm from a country with a relatively low amount of pickpockets, couldn't imagine what it's like in London for example.
Holy crap the keys idea blew my mind. I just got rid of my cardholder after 9 years. Replaced with a very slim bi fold because i never liked have to fold my money then try to stuff it in. Phone i feel would be more uncomfortable in a back pocket.
Heyy!! First of all your videos are lit!! 💗 One of the best I have seen so far!! Also I know these requests can be a lot! But if possible can you do one for people who are slightly chubby but not completely out of shape with a slight feminine touch! (for a female homo sapien who is into androgynous style but doesn't know how to pull it off!)
Personally I try to avoid my phone and wallet in my back pocket. I know it’s paranoid, but I saw a pickpocket tutorial once, and almost all of the techniques involve clever slight of hand with a rear pants pocket. God bless men’s pant pockets and shirt pockets for me 🙏.
I would be in constant panic having my phone on the back pocket, but thank you for bringing attention to the man bag, my sister got a black leather bag from someone a couple years ago, and I tougth "I can rock that" not as practical as a backpack or a crossed bag but I like it.
I absolutely loathe anything in my pockets with the exception of cash. I have a card sleeve by Helko Werk, a key clip from Amazon, and cell phone is usually carried in hand. Great video.
Eh if it’s for everyday style keep it to the front pocket. It’s already a risk of keeping your wallet and phone jn the back pocket since sure it can be easily accessed, but that applies to those around you, especially in a crowded area. Still like the video mentioned you could also put it in a go bag or jacket pocket (man those pockets are cool honestly)
My wallet has key clip attached to it so I attach it to my belt loop at the front. It's more of a little pouch so I can put cash and coins in it as well as my cards. As for my phone it goes in the front pocket because it'll just fall out at the back. At least I can keep my hand on it in the front pocket if I need to run
Ngl unless it’s something I’m trying to hide I’ve never even thought about an outline in my pocket or anything. Still have the grey sweatpants problem lmao but aside from not wearing those to family events I don’t see the issue with outlines. Like if I’m going to have a pic taken and want a perfect outline/silhouette I just empty my pockets first but aside from that I never thought it mattered. I do tend to keep messenger on me or just a duffel in my car for things I don’t need immediately, but that’s just for the comfort factor of not stuffing my pockets
Thank you so much for this video!!!! As a photographer, I can't count how many times I need to edit out a man's pocket bulge (cell phone, keys, and wallet).

Dude, you packing on some beef? 🥩 💪🏽 Looking strong these days man 🔥🔥🔥
Personally I try to avoid my phone and wallet in my back pocket. I know it’s paranoid, but I saw a pickpocket tutorial once, and almost all of the techniques involve clever slight of hand with a rear pants pocket. God bless men’s pant pockets and shirt pockets for me 🙏.
oh wow that is one heck of a brown coat and henley combo
This had strong “new boot goofin’” vibes. 👢
Wow that’s amazing, pockets.
I would be in constant panic having my phone on the back pocket, but thank you for bringing attention to the man bag, my sister got a black leather bag from someone a couple years ago, and I tougth "I can rock that" not as practical as a backpack or a crossed bag but I like it.
I'm not fashionable at all but the key clipped to the belt loop is a game changer ! I tried it once years ago and never stopped
Chest pockets in mens' blazers changed my life. Never going back. Never.
Omg this man i love him so much 😂😂😂😂
Thanks. Now I have your keys too. People can easily clone keys from photos or video.
I know I'm supposed to be paying attention to his outfits, but his eyes and hair are so beautiful
I bought a phone case that has a card case for four cards. love it
Ngl unless it’s something I’m trying to hide I’ve never even thought about an outline in my pocket or anything.
As a photographer, I can't count how many times I need to edit out a man's pocket bulge (cell phone, keys, and wallet).
idk how this man got here to be constantly on my feed.... im not a dude... i dont wear suits or dress anywhere near this good for a lady.... but im not mad... in fact, im quiet happy here XDD
All good i like the ideas. I dont loke having cards tho, much prefer cash. Might resort to putting my wallet in the inside pocket of my blazer
I’ve really gotten into fashion recently and have started paying more attention to the details in outfits and I’m really enjoying watching your videos. However, the one thing I can’t get over is how you style your hair. I know you are a fashion influencer, but hair is a part of fashion. Is there any specific routine you do?
Yeah, phone and wallet in side pocket. Cardholders suck. I don’t want anything in my back pockets while sitting. The hook thing at best works. Agreed on jacket inner pocket.
Hey!! Love your hairstyle. I wonder what products do you use for your hair??
I think fanny packs are perfect for this. They do the job nd at the same time u can style em with ur outfit
That tattoo looks cool
A carabiner for keys also works great.
I HAVE BEEN USING THE CLIP THING SINCE I WAS 16 IT IS THE BEST THING EVER
I'm a sucker for Henley's, cool Henley bdw👍🏻
Having your phone and wallet in the back pocket is such a first world thing
You are so good , and so stylish, wish you gave tips for women’s clothing too!! ❤
Aren't there a lot women fashion channels ?
The small flex of Harris Tweed. Noice👍
