So excited to see what is possible with the new age of mobile sculpting. Both Nomad and Zbrush are gonna be such a dynamic duo. Cant wait for more tutorials on this.
I hate Maxon but I love your lessons. In the hope you do a full course on ZBrush for iPad, I bought the app for one year. I enjoyed your course on Nomad Sculpt.
I am completely new to any form of 3D but it has been something I have wanted to get into for a while but I have been waiting to start when this releases so I will be keeping a keen eye on your videos as I start to learn the process by scratch on iPad, so thank you!
fascinating tool. I want Nomad to do well, but even more than that, I want professional tools to come to the iPad, and I want them to have a sustainable economic model so they'll stay in business. I don't know how the Nomad dev can sustain development if the users pay once and then think their single payment should fund development forever.
EXACTLY It’s A Miracle that he’s made it this far with all of the Fascinating Updates that he’s made with Nomad. It’s only Right and Fair that he starts Subscription Based Updates as well.
Love Nomad Sculpt. The developer did say he will be adding more powerful features that may be a paid option (one time payment) like the Quad Remesher plug in ( made by the same developer of Decimation Master for Zbrush). I will be happy to pay for add-ons to support him and Nomad. Don’t pay for software subscriptions, but I may just do it for Zbrush for iPad unfortunately.
@@KUROSHURA Personally, I liked the old days of paid upgrades. You bought the app and that version was yours to use so long as OS updates didn't break it. If the dev continued to make useful updates, you periodically paid to update your app. But those days are gone, and Apple helped kill them. The problem with subscriptions is sometimes you're trapped into regular payments but the devs don't actually seem to be doing anything. They've just got you trapped and now you're a regular source of money. If the guy were to produce a Nomad 2 (and one day nomad 3 etc) that was an entirely different app with a $20 price tag, I'd be totally cool with that.
Are you asking if it's possible only using Zbrush, or with other tools? There is a very cool app called Cozy Blanket specifically for retopology. And the Quad Remesher tool on Nomad is very capable.
The booleans in the free version of Zbrush doesn't count as "regular booleans"? Live booleans are a souped up version of booleans, nothing "regular" about them.

Glen you make me want to do fhis full time. You’re so good man. Thanks.

Great video. Use the live Boolean tool in the desktop version and so glad we can now do it in the iPad version!
What a nice tutorial! Thanks for sharing this! hope to watch more detail function tutorial video for ZBrush for iPad!
Super vidéo , merci ! ❤ Il manque quand même un bon modeleur polygonal sur iPad au même niveau que Nomad….

You might want to start with Nomad Sculpt. This app is for those who are loyal and familiar with ZBrush.
I love your content and Zbrush, I'm very hyped for your next videos

I’ve wondered the same thing about Procreate yet they seem to going strong.
Subscription = greed
can you create content for ipad based zbrush. a focus on building a complex character? I'd pay for that
thanks for the highlightrs. is it possible to make retopology on ipad?

How do you insert a reference / background image.
Is there no regular booleaning? I understand live, but is there just booleaning in the free version.

I hope all subscriptions go the way of Adobe
