You may actually encounter them when you forget to sign in, they'll be right at your position with a clipboard. I remember when the SGM dropped my PLT SGT for not signing out. They make great full time AGR staff as well.

No. Because you're still in forscom Army. You're still going to the field, doing ruck marches, mandatory daily organized PT, even some motorpool stuff and beyond just motorpool monday's but also connex layouts, shitty details here and there, etc. 68G is probably quite more "POG"

Depends on what unit your at. Mostly the usual 9-5. Mission always has priority though.
