    Please advice 😅 I’m just stationed at a unit as a 42a , but I feel like I’m not that useful so far. Only been here a few months. My NCOs seem pretty occupied so I don’t know what to ask really. I brought a laptop and always have a notebook and a pen. How can I be useful as a 42A at my unit ?

    • @TEAMSWARTZ
      @TEAMSWARTZ  Год назад

      When I was a 42A in my unit I didn’t do much at all as well. So I feel ya… My recommendation is consistently ask what you can do to help or support what they have going on. The full timers typically do the bulk of the work but there’s always some minor things that may be an option for you to complete for them. Earn their trust over time and you’ll receive bigger projects and responsibilities. Hope this helps and Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

      When researching MOS info, go to Google.com and search:
      42A MOS
      Check from NationalGuard.com or GoArmy.com websites for official info. Results would be visible in this link:
      nationalguard.com/42A-Human-Resources-Specialist
      As you’ll find you need a CL/Clerical Line Score: 90+
      Checkout my video here on Jobs if you have your line scores:
      WHAT JOBS DO I PREQUALOFY FOR AFTER I PASS THE ASVAB TEST: ruclips.net/video/kAyMJ8eIerw/видео.html
      Unfortunately, you’ll have to skip through the GoArmy.clm MOS Calculation walkthrough because they’ve since revamped the website and didn’t re-add that feature. So, I uploaded in the description area an excel sheet to open on your computer to input each line score and if you’re a U.S. Citizen. Anything remaining highlighted means based on your line scores you’re otherwise eligible for. The video explains the rest. Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯 Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
