Wow, Helen, you are working on some absolutely gorgeous projects! And to have hand dyed those yarns, they are all so beautiful. I hope that you find a solution to your top that’s not centered. I bet you’ll come up with a solution , I have faith in you! I am a card maker, so I don’t Knit, used to crochet though. I enjoyed your podcast today! Donna.

Hi Helen, hello from Mandurah WA and I am glad to hear you're recovering from Covid. Oh how I really sympathise with your lovely pink knitted top. Go back to it when you are feeling 💯 I know the feeling I think most of us knitters out here have done similar mistakes. I love how the sweetshop blanket is coming along my favourite this month is definately your blanket with the gorgeous hand dyed yarns. With your other slim knit I think the sleeves will definately pull the neckline down. Thank you for showing us around your beautiful garden. We are all waiting for the spring over here on the south west coast our gardens have taken a real battering this winter. I hope your son is soon settled on his new medication and feeling better. Lovely to see Bailey sorry if I spelt it wrong. Thank you for sharing and take care. Bye for now till next time 👋👋 xx

Thank you Carol, yes I 5hink I needed to be in a better frame of mind tackling the pink top, I have been working on it most of this week and have almost got it up to the arm holes again. My son seems to have settled down nicely so hopefully that will be all the hospitalision he needs for a while. I have two uncles and Aunties living in WA. Yet to get over and see them, hopefully will one day.

Thank you Donna. I am feeling much better. My son is also slowly getting better, he has an autoimmune disease, and they have had to change his medication, so he just has to get used to the new medication. I appreciate all your lovely comments

Hello from Dunedin! So gutting about the dark pink tank top! Could you cut off the back at the armholes and then graft it back on once you've knitted back up to that part? I also have the Sweetshop Blanket pattern but haven't started, yours is looking amazing. I was thinking about doing the Anker Tee DK version, there is an Australian RUclipsr called Mostly Knitting who has talked about and shown how to put short rows in the back of the Anker Tee to raise the back neckline which lowers the front. Plus, cute dog in the background :)

Hello, lovely to hear from you. I also had seen some youtubers that put german short rows in their Anker tee, I though I would just do it to the pattern first to see how it was, and then if I make it again, I would try modifications, but to be honest I don't think I would do another 4ply one, as it takes sooooo long. I did short rows in my rununculus and that worked well. I am loving my sweet shop blanket, and is a great project to have in the background and pick up every so often to work on. Your idea for the pink tank top is an interesting one. I have never grafted, so might need to look that up and see if it would work. Bayleigh our dog, is quite often around and comes and has a visit in my podcasts, but she just slept this time, as she is getting older.
