    Im a buyer with a large well known company. This well known companny tells me im not aggressive enough becuase im not rude but i too, belive i get farther with a good relationship. Big companies are greedy and rude based on my experience.

    I always loved your videos. I have a question. I found a supplier on Alibaba with their products listing before 3 weeks while negotiations with the dealer, last week their product listing disappear from the Alibaba product listing. Now, I'm worried to deal with the same supplies as I'm not going to get Alibaba trade assurance and about the payment. Although it showing they been for 6 years on Alibaba now I don't why their products are not listed. Do you think this could be because of the price surge but Alibaba didn't like it? I need your advice on what to do in this case? Thanks!

    In Alibaba, we can see 2 prices
    Ex: 0.10-1.90$
    When you contact them, they will always choose the highest one.
    What can I do to buy at 0.90 maybe instead of 1.90$?

    If you happen to get a quote directly from the verified manufacturer of a product is it still necessary to shop around for other quotes/samples vs just negotiating with them on price and any quality upgrades you might need?

    someone told me that in eastern culture, negotiating a price is normalized and that often they will give an outsider a higher price. Is this true, and if so- how do i respectfully request a lower price? most westerners see a high price and walk away, i dont want to offend my supplier but want to negotiate. How do i maintain a cheerful relationship while also aggressively pursue a lower price?

    I have supplier in Alibaba , he helped to customized own design , but I feel like he don’t want make work with me but I already paid for sample and he took 2 months for 6 samples, I asked him if he want me to look for other supplier but he keep saying that he manage everything, I don’t want to leave his company because he have reasonable price , but he respond 2-3 days , even he reply my massage also he never reply what I ask him , what’s your advice ? Should I stay patiently or look for other supplier?

    I been in contact with a supplier for my Muscle Pain product from Taiwan. But for a small amount of supplies they shipping costs to Canada are very very high.     I need to ask if there are suppliers also on Alibaba that will take your order and your money but will not deliver the goods? I have just started to negotiate with a trader in Alibaba but she would take some time responding. Sometimes days go by and she suddenly pops up with a sample product of my request. Then if I click on the upper link, it would say, "Sorry, this product is no longer available". What does that mean? Please help. Thank you!

    This really should have been explained by showing the screen of the computer. It would have been a better guide along to show people what an RFQ form looks like, where it's located, how you fill it out etc. On the next video

      Pretty sure she charges for the RFQ templates as part of her courses, as she should as a qualified expert, right? Also starting a statement off with "This really should have been explained with..." towards someone that took the time out of their day to make a video to significantly improve your business (computer screen or no computer screen) is pretty rude... Don't be that guy on RUclips 😂 Say thanks and ask her if she'd be open to using a screen next time. See how that's different?

      lovexoxo76 I am thinking REQUEST FOR QUOTE. I think that is why she says get them to fill it out for you so when you compare suppliers you can make sure all that of their quotes are within range of each other. I hope I said that all correctly.

    Where are the videos that discuss things that need to be negotiated before and after the sample? And how do you go about telling a supplier their price is too high for you? I didn't get that information from this video, it mentions establishing credibility with a strong and professional RFQ which is what I've done but it doesn't touch on how to go about lowering prices with suppliers?

    I love your channel, but dealing with a country that has over a billion people means there is no cookie cutter example for negotiations. Each company is different with different operating standards. Some will negotiate but simply factually they have a bottom line they will not cross so there is only so much "negotiation" possible. And on top of that you insult them by making it seem like the prices they state are invalid or need to be negotiated.
