In 30 years of supporting Bristol City, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more undeserved defeat. The boys played really well, sometimes the footballing gods are just against you.
Stoke fan here I agree you played well from the neutral we were lucky but we battled that’s football unfortunately i have no doubt in my mind Bristol city will Be in the mix wish you all the best
Stoke have been hopeless lately, just got stuffed at home last week as well. So for City to let a two goal lead disappear and eventually lose is down to Sunday league defending. Pearson has been here nearly four years, we’ve finished in the bottom half each year and defending has always been an issue especially at home. Other teams have been promoted from division one and gone passed us in that time, Sunderland, Coventry and Luton, none have any money. Personally, I’ve never rated Pearson and don’t expect anything while he remains here, staying up is the best we can do.
Whoever puts that ball in the net more times deserves the win unfortunately! You don't get guaranteed wins from 90% possession and strikers that can't hit a barn door! haha
