I can't figure out what Wayne Rooney did at Derby County or DC United that convinced the Birmingham City board that he was the man to lead them to the Premier League.
I mean honestly the problem is not with the manager it’s with the team as a whole. Currently Rooney’s Birmingham are 19th in the table, which is roughly exactly where Birmingham have ended the competition for the last 6 seasons. Rooney might have had a disastrous start to the season, but it’s no more disastrous than what Birmingham has been having before. They’ll scapegoat him but what Birmingham weds is real investment in players because what they have is just not good enough
Drove past st andrewes about an hour before kickoff. There was a whole line of coaches (more than 10 for sure) full of stoke fans, so I thought the stadium would be jam packed. But watching this now, it seems half empty 🥲
We've been going through managers like Russell Brand goes through women so fans are obviously getting concerned at appointments so I don't get what your point is ?
