Oil-less Egusi is my go-to. I'm actually having it right now with Eggplant fufu. I like it a bit lumpy so I add a spoonful at a time of the egusi paste.
Wow awesome! I've been searching all over for this. This is the best recipe I have come across for this delicious delicacy. I have tried beef, chicken, dried fish and even frozen fish and it all tastes heavenly. Please can I use this video on a post?
Looks good. I can imagine how delicious it will be with the chicken. I've had it twice, and i really enjoyed it. I'm yet to try it, but with this video now, I'm definitely going to make it for myself

You're welcome.
What if am using grounded egwusi how do I fry it.
You use grounded egusi but add water to it
What's in the pepper soup spice?
So 10 minutes is enough to cook the egusi properly?
Please ma is it compulsory to heat the egusi first on a frying pan
Martha Kallon I don’t think that’s compulsory, just that method , but if the egusi is not grinded. Then yes
@@godwindonwin5846 Thanks alot. I did try heating it whilst cooking and I loved the flavor
