    great video,great points s-king,i agree theres other movements for chest activation, i do landmine press and it work better than bench press,especially the upper chest,but im going back to dips also,keep it going s-king

    hey sir
    i am going to make the same wall mounted squat rack what exact same measurements and material can that rack safely support upto 300-400kgs? of weights

      The only limiting factor in how much that rack can hold is going to be how it is anchored. Mine was anchored into reinforced concrete walls, using four concrete anchors for each upright. So, it could theoretically hold several thousand kilograms.
