it‘s not easy without jailbrake , but jailbreak is a unsafe choice, so I would not reconmend it, if you just want a better peformance with your iphone , you can try free up some storage to let it run smoothly ; normally it will let you downgrade ios 16 when the ios 16 is recently unsigned (around 3 months), but ios 16 is way too old for that, so we can just hope some day ios 16 will be signed and then we can downgrade with the ipsw safely
