What a breath of fresh air you people here at RACER TV are. Always thinking outside the box and truly unbound by stereotyped conventions. Always inspirational. :)
After dying of streetfighters this kind of bikes give new space and inspiration for creativity and engaged builders. I would devinitly drive one of this bikes, fantastic machines. Thanks for showing.
My 78 year old Dad, who retired from riding a few years ago, recently got himself a new Monkey and loves it! Great fun little bike 😁 These are very cool, would love to see one in the metal. Cheers Mate 👍🏻👍🏻
This has been the shortest 8 minutes 52 seconds, i just started watching and the video is already done. lol... Your content is so uplifting and the presentation is just on point... Thank you Racer TV.
Thank you very much my friend. It is a good looking motorcycle that looks fun to ride. Months ago I look at Honda's monkey and to be honest I found the price to be elevated for a motorcycle that would only serve as city commuter. Cheers. El solitario.
Hello my Friend El solitario. You are right. They are very expensive indeed. I don't know why, but all 125cc Hondas are extremely expensive. The price of a 125 cc Honda had triple in the last 30 years, while a 650cc or 1000cc honda, only had doubled. Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Cheers.
Sempre acompanho o canal, e sem dúvida entra no hall das mais belas!!!! Eu que agradeço por sempre estar mostrando belas obras de arte!!! Parabéns, e não vejo a hora de chegar o próximo vídeo!!!!!!
What an awesome little bike. I struggled to work out the actual size of it even with someone in the frame. I would love to have seen it next to one of your usual normal sized Café Racers. As always another great video Vitor. I love your channel and am always impressed how you manage to keep finding such wonderful bikes to share with us lucky viewers. 😎 Kind regards Paul 🇬🇧
Thank you my friend Paul for sharing your opinion. To be honest, I know these 2 honda monkey projects more than a year ago. But only now I found the right inspiration to make a 8 minutes script about them. :) Cheers.
I am glad to see and hear your enthusiasm about these types of builds old friend. Following the Asian market for a few years now, I'm impressed by how artistic the builders are in that part of the world. With very little resources, some of these builders are off the charts with talents. Look what they've done to scooters? Stretching them and lowering them with air shocks to bottom out. The Super Club has a large following with modifications that are mind blowing for such a simple little machine. And perhaps my favorite is the BMX Cub with the simplicity of a modified bicycle frame and a motor attached making all moped owners jealous of the beauty and speed these bikes posses.
Indeed. It seems Thailand is full of talented builders, with an excellent vision and taste to customize motorcycles. Especially the small ones. :) Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Cheers.
Yes, unfortunately K speed Custom don't have any video content with their 2 bike riding on the street. Thank you my friend for sharing your opinion. :) Cheers.
The “little” machine is a very nice concept. Actually, without the Royal Enfield beside it, at a glance, it’s a full size bike! K Speed has once again built a machine that will appeal to many people. Very nice! And, as always, thank you for Racer TV, the Café Racers only choice! Hope all is well with you and ride safe my dear friend! Cheers….
Indeed. The real size is only noticeable when parked side by side with a normal motorcycle. Evrything is ok. I hope the same with you. You too. I wish you nice curves.(just as we used to say here in Portugal):) Cheers.
There is always something attractive about small objects, a situation that of course applies to motorcycles. Here in Mexico they were very popular in the 70s, the two local motorcycle manufacturers released proposals based on the venerable 50cc Honda Monkey, semi-automatic if I remember correctly. They were the dream of children like me, although I do not remember ever having ride one of them; even today they are collectibles for many old timers. Suddenly they disappeared I belived by regulations about pollution, the permanent problem of visibility and safety of riding such tiny vehicles on the streets and highways were the reasons for such sudden extinction. If you ask me the Honda Super Cup attracts me more although the appearance of the Monkey is still a success with those classic and refined lines of a caff. Perhaps it is the scale that does not appeal to me personally, measuring 1.85 meters there is no way to see myself driving something so small. However K-Speed my man you made it, my God you really did it in such a great size of talent. By the way I keep working on my bike, I almost finished the new suspension and I made the decision not to use photoshop but the old method of cardboard cut out on the motorcycle. I'm embarrassed to say it but I can write and speak English much better than I can in Portuguese. Without the help of a translator I would not have succeeded. Unfortunately I lived 5 years in the USA and not in beautiful Portugal. Saludos amigo mio
Hello my friend. Fortunately for me, I was one of those lucky young boys who had the privilege of having a honda Mini trail 50 (Or Monkey). Here in Portugal, they are also very collectible. You are right. The old method of cardboard is also very useful. I always thought your English was pretty good. Much better than mine. It seems your Portuguese, it is as good as my Spanish. Lol. Gracias amigo. :) Um abrazo.
I´m a huge fan of the 125cc grom and i would buy a cafe racer based on this tiny machine immediately! Thanks for this inspirational video!!! May i have do build my own Grom Cafe Racer
I have a ninja 500, my first bike and I love it but something about the cafe rasers... I can't get over. Love em! And the bigger wheel size makes em look mean.
very good job, i don't like the black airbox, on the genuine bike. it's so better to remove it. and the exhaust is so much simple than the original "spaghetti" Honda made.
I like the "Monkey Bikes" I'm not a fan of the Cub, ever, the thing is they will never get that kind of "Character" from factory because it's "Design by Committee" it's not just one person with a "Concept" & as we know everything designed by committee is a "Soulless Turd", it's like putting all your favorite foods in a blender & when you drink it you can't taste any of them. "Concepts" on the other hand are built by Engineers that have been given "Free Reign" & that's a different thing entirely, you get one mind, one idea & you can see how it flows effortlessly. Thank you my friend for yet another excellent production, stay safe.
You are right. It is very rare to find an, extraordinary motorcycle/car with soul, from a japanese manufacturer. But here is a good example from South Korea: Hyosung Aquila Bobber 125 or 300. I loved this bike so much, that I bought it for my wife. Tell me what you think about this Hyosung Aquila. :) Cheers.
@@RACER_TV It looks like a Harley from a distance, even the 125, the difference here is you can see that they are "Trying" it's like they have looked at the current trends & built accordingly, it's the kind of bike a young rider that likes the style would have, it's probably not been designed by a "Committee" it's more like an absolute "Ripoff" from a Harley just made smaller, it's very unlikely that something like this would ever have come out of the big 4. Another bike I have seen is a Mash 400, it looks a credible Cafe Racer in the right color. I have to say I like companies that put the effort in, I keep hearing that South Korean & Chinese companies are never going to get a decent share of the market, they're just not "Good Enough" & people will never buy them, I heard the very same things being said about the Japanese as a kid in the '60s, '70s & look how that worked out. all the best my friend & keep safe.
Yes, very harley sportster. But I personally think it has its own character. The usual reaction when most people see it on the road, is like "what a cool small motorcycle." The wheels are too small to confused this bike with with a Harley. You are absolutely right about chinese motorcycle. I began to see that they are the next "japanese bikes". Their build quality has improved a lot over the last few years, and they are now starting to have quite good bikes in some segments. Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. You too :) Cheers.

what do you reckon how much they would ask for if they started selling the gorilla 🦍 ?
Nice looking but that is only good aspect of the build. At 15km/h this will feel like you are doing 150km/h with the silly 10mm travel left in the front forks with a rider onboard. 5 stars for the looks - 0 stars for the suspension setup on the front
