You guys can have your friends, normal people, love islanders, influencers, etc on the show as long as the themes stay consistent. Dilemmas, life updates/catch ups, decisions you’ve regretted, etc. but guests should be willing to be somewhat unfiltered like u guys- that’s what we love

Go to therapy, I have OCD too! And if you go to your GP they will give you a proper NHS therapist
It’s always helpful to hear from someone whose actually experienced though not just a therapist that’s never been through it
Bring a relationship coach and tell her or him your bf stories and get advice and maybe go over dilemmas with the therapist too
nooo omg i was gonna comment on the last video saying i have been watching your podcast on the treadmill at the gym as its the only thing that proper hooks me in and makes me laugh, and it made the time go so much quicker and it felt easier working out!!! i was thinking the same, i need more podcasts like this to make the gym easier hahaha

By the way Sadia Psychology woman you mentioned is not an actual psychologist, she is a teacher. She misleads people online by claiming she’s one. Sadia Khan used to be a secondary school teacher with an academic background in education, definitely no PhD in sight which is the legal requirement for someone to obtain the title of psychologist. She’s a teacher / life coach 😊

sad to hear the catch up is only on Patreon!! I have been a listener since day one and I just don't have money to put aside to subscribe to Patreon. The catch up episodes are my favourite :(
I think their catch up episodes are the most popular and more in demand so I guess it makes sense for them to monetise them
patreon should get extra shi like maybe vlogs but not the best bits like catch ups that do well tbh. we need catch ups here while LOADS of people will sign up the majority wont/afford to pay for the patreons. i understand what you guys are saying about the sex thing.
