Nice & colourful, thanks! I make this occasionally. Yes as you said the shrimp get soggy when mixed & kept. Therefore, I heat the sauce a bit & mix them up just before dishing out.

Use a comal or a cast iron round pan to reheat all your tortillas. The tacos taste better with warm tortillas than with cold straight out from the package tortillas. Check it 🦐 🌮
