- This is the Sweet & Sour Shrimp Recipe that cooked in a fantastic sweet & sour sauce with honey ,apple cider vinegar, fresh pineapple & green bell peppers!This is super easy to make meal that is ready in less than 20 minutes!
Give it a try and enjoy over white rice or brown rice!!!

Sweet & Sour Shrimp with Honey & fresh Pineapple
Recipe:
1 pound Shrimp (peeled & deveined (XL large size)
salt & pepper to taste
Batter:👇🏻
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 large egg
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Sweet & Sour sauce: 👇🏻
Chopped onion
chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar ( substitute sugar cane vinegar)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey ( brown sugar add 1/3 cup water)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water to thicken the sauce
chopped spring onions for garnish
2 &1/2 Cup Canola oil for frying
