I just got introduced to this channel by the chicken shawarma colab with Preppy Kitchen (who I also love!) and this looks *delicious.* Made kung pao chicken the other day & corn starch is truly magical :) def going to try this recipe out soon!
Bring this to the next level... Brine your shrimp for 15 minutes in 1 quart water, 5 tablespoons sea salt. I'll also add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda to keep them snappy. (and sometimes, depending on the recipe.... I'll add a couple tablespoons of sugar)

I made the recipe - excellent result 😊 (I added a bit extra sauce - as we are big fans of sweet & sour)
Love it ,I added a litte red coloring to the tomato sauce yummy
I can’t eat shellfish, but that sauce looks so good I’m going to try it with chicken. Great recipe, thanks.
