That’s good to know. I haven’t experienced the flex personally, but it gives me a bit more confidence to push on ‘em.
Another thing: I noticed the brake on the straight grinder is quite a bit noisier than on the angled. Called Milwaukee about it and they said that’s not a defect either.

The m12 die grinder I have was solid until my buddy dropped a 4x4 fence post right square on the chuck ... it's still in 1 piece but it's got some give now.

My m12 90 degree die grinder the head has some flex I just noticed and thought it loosened off possibly cause my burrs I was using were chattering and I thought that was the problem but is that the way it is now that I see this video ? And I haven’t really used the thing much either !

The tool definitely have some flakes in it. That’s pretty normal, but if it’s excessive, it might be loosening up.

That's how Milwaukee needs to sell. It seems like they’re more geared toward contracting tools.

Milwaukee is new to the automotive side of the tool business. But they have quickly come out with some of the best tools out there.
