Sounds like caller 1 is ONLY rolling with his sister. Which kinda suggests that he's using something like the Gracie University to learn BJJ. If he's training somewhere with an instructor, i would imagine there is AT LEAST another person in the club he could roll with who isn't his sister. So, the advice I would give him is to roll with different people.
After three years, still can't beat any white belt at the gym. So why risk competing against what would typically be the best of the best locally or nationally?

There are compétition guys who are not as good as hobbyists.
