I really admire your DIY approach to your work! I love that you research and shoot all your own material, edit it, and create your own music for it! You, my friend, are living the dream!
When I passed the bridge last year in 2022 i got so lucky there was a lot of seagulls on side of railing it was like one seagull on every rail it was awesome!!
Ocean City, the boardwalk, West Ocean City. Ocean Pines. My favorite place in the world. I’m glad you got to see it and shared. Did you know that the movie Runaway bride was filmed in Berlin Maryland
Robert thanks for the extra videos this week. I buried my daddy this week. Your videos have helped me get away from the pain. He is home with our lord and savior ❤️

@@imgoodru2840 My daddy was 82. I have had him close for many years. He would come to my office every morning and spend about an hour with me. Him and mom only lived about 3 miles from my house. So very grateful for that. Because many people do not have their family close. He died from injuries from a car accident. Mom will make a full recovery. She was even able to play 2 songs on the piano at his funeral. She has played for their church for 54 years. Thanks for your kind words. ❤️
Loved learning so much about this area of our country, and seeing so much beauty! So great seeing the wild horses! Thank you Robert for all that you do!
Love your videos, and the journeys you take us on. You have great talent in putting these adventures together... a true professional at his work, and having fun while doing so. Great stuff!
The Mid Atlantic Coast. This is another area of our country I have not considered taking a look at, especially as far as RV travel goes. But, leave it to you to put it out there and create a reason to explore beyond “the usual”. Navigating through Brooklyn with a trailer? Sure, why not! That was awesome. It’s great to see what I might connect to when a video I didn’t plan on watching starts to play. Funny how YT works. In this episode, the islands of Assateague and Chincoteague. There was a series of children’s books written in the late 1940’s based on the history there, and I used to read them to our eldest daughter when she was little. They were extremely well written books that painted quite an imaginary picture of the area. I haven’t thought about those times since I finished the last chapter, of the last book, and closed it shut. And now, to see the island of Assateague, and the ponies from those books…actual descendants of the Spanish horses left behind from a shipwreck, or, as the debate goes, pirates, centuries ago… No words. There is a quote I like that kind of sums up the essence of what you do, and how you do it, written by Bono: “Dream up the kind of world you want to live in. Dream out loud.” That. Because your dreams, lived out on video, become the dreams of countless others. Keep that one tucked in your back pocket for those days when you might wonder if it’s all worth it. I can assure you, it most certainly is. Thank you!
Robert I can’t believe you came to Wildwood in March you have to come in June July and August that’s our shore!! and you better be prepared for traffic as somebody else mentioned - Really sorry to have missed you!!
Too bad you couldn't leave Ocracoke properly. The Swan Quarter ferry ride is a big part of that whole outer banks experience and I look forward to it when I go. It's two and a half hours one way and Swan Quarter is a tiny fishing village that would have made for just the kind of footage I think you were hoping to capture. The geography there makes for unique little sheltered harbors with connecting canals you can park near. I hope you choose to return someday, I think you'll find it as special as I do. The sound side of the North Carolina coast has a few tiny little villages, with real people as opposed to non-stop vacation homes.
I actually came to say... do YOUALL KNOW ROBERT CAN SING? WHAT A VOICE. was watching him in an 2018 video singing piano man... omg... sounded just like "its 5 o'clock on a Saturday.....Billy Joel"
Vacation many times at Ocean City. Definitely not like it used to be. Small cottages on the boardwalk have just about disappear. Now when I visit I just spend the day at Asseteque island. You definitely do not want to camp certain times ii the summer. The flies and mosquitoes are terrible. So glad you got to see the wild ponies. Just a funny story. The ponies do go on the beach. I was laying there rolled over one was dang near standing over me. Scared the day lights out of me. Thanks for taking us along
One of my favorite TR videos. I grew up ⬆️ I n Brooklyn/Staten Island area unfortunately, so funny see you drive through here. Was awesome seeing you in cape may wildwood area. Such a cool beach in WW, especially if you have a dog…. My wife and I know you would love our van design. Hopefully be day we will meet…. 🙏’s for the amazing videos with all that positive calming background music. You have truly created one of the most well rounded travel channels on RUclips.
What a great piece! My husband and I like to rv with our 2 small children, we take a few trips and want them to see America! But, Hatteras Island is the one place we frequently repeat for more than a weekend. We certainly know how you felt not wanting to leave there. So peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing.
Robert, it's a good thing you drove the Jersey Shore during the off-season--imagine what the traffic would be like in the summer! I've spent the night at the Ocracoke Campground, it was early in the season and almost empty. And when I took the ferry back I didn't have to wait for 2 hours--man, that line was nuts!
The Fort Hancock Officers homes on Sandy Hook NJ were severely damaged in Hurricane Sandy. I'm surprised they're still standing. Excellent travel video!
Just watched this. Very interesting and informative, thanks for your beautiful photos of the ocean the sunrises and sunsets! I never made it to the shore this year, Yet!
Hi Robert. Wow they have a sunset grill there. We have one to. Its a sunset grill breakfast. I love this video. The water view are beautiful. Keep it up. Good video. 🇱🇷
Thank you so much for showing the beautiful beach when you pulled over to regroup at six minutes and about 46 seconds in, Truman’s Beach❤ it was lovely! I won’t tell anybody you pulled over!😉 God bless you guys on your trip! Thank you so much for making beautiful memories and sharing them with us!
You did it again! But I am not sure who is following who this time! Back in 1986, we had a towable sailboat, and towed it up to Sandy Hook and sailed to the Statue of Liberty on the Fourth of July week when it was just reopened. President Reagan made a speech. Incredible fireworks. Then we went to Cony Island, really the only time ashore. Always wanted a look at the land in that area. Last September, we flew up to Maryland and drove a rental back, already told you about this, Amelia Island and the sorts. I will watch the rest of this later, as Delaware and Maryland are our old stomping grounds. The very beginning of your video is a clip of a Lagoon Catamaran, the type of boat I work on and charter out of FLL. Back to our towable sailboat, it was a Catalina 22 with a 10 HP outboard towed behind an ElCamino with a 5.7 V8. The car had a radiator issue, so we stayed a night behind a shop on the way home in New Jersey on the boat on the trailer. That made it the ultimate RV Land, and sea! But no AC, one battery that charged off the outboard at 2 amps, and the holding tank, 4 gallons with beer drinkers. A concept I am working on with a product already made to improve. Chears!
I'm thankful I've discovered your channel. Your show has helped me get over my fear of long drives after I had a minor accident and health issues. The views which you fascinatingly described have influenced me to go back to driving and going to scenic places just like how it was when my kids we're young😆Thank you Robert🌝
Going back to Fort Mill KOA. You must have survived the first time. We stayed there a month in 96 when first moving down here. It was Lazy Daze back then. War vet-alcoholic Sam was the handyman back then. Hurt them when he died a few years later. He was good. Almost nothing you see there now was there in 96. In that area. Booming.
Somebody probably answered this already but I didn’t see it… The sign says Wildwoods because it’s made up of several towns (Wildwood, north wildwood, wildwood crest, etc). They’re sometimes referred to collectively as “the wildwoods”
There’s the basketball arena didn’t see you go by there. And on that part of downtown there’s a couple of cool streets around it’s some restaraunt a on them
Glad you enjoyed the midatlantic - delmarva peninsula! Ocean City, MD has been an annual destination for many and, in my opinion, has changed over the years (like everything!). The Chesapeake Bay Bridge is different from the Chesapeake Bridge Tunnel. Both are memorable to drive! Great movie!
Wow, you've basically seen the complete evolution of aviation/aerospace history since you already visited our amazing Kennedy Space Center...where you can enjoy a burger 🍔 under the Saturn V...our 🇺🇸 is amazing...

Hi Robert, I’m writing this because you are complaining about Oregon and New Jersey gas pumping. When I was young and impatient in my youth I was happy to pump my gas in Cali, where I grew up. When I finally moved to Oregon, I was happy for someone to pump my gas, as by this time I was disabled and welcomed the help, especially in Oregon where it can rain buckets. As you get older, you might find yourself in similar circumstances and I’m sure you might realize what a blessing this is. Maybe you might have more compassion as you age and can’t run with the wolves, so to speak, then you might realize what a blessing this is. FYI, when I was growing up in LA, full service was the name of the game at all the stations😊!

You handle the streets of New York with that trailer like a boss driver. Who say we floridian can't drive in big cities 😊
I love your comment about the high cost of gas in the beginning. If we could only pay that much now!!
Yes, and we all know who has property in this part of the country, and is responsible for the high price of gas.

$3.50 per gallon?! Wow how much has changed in 6ish months. 🤣
You have very cheap gas in US. I pay 7.23 PLN (1 USD = 4.45 PLN) for each 1L of gas in Poland. It was 5.80 before war in Ukraine started.
