    Thanks for this video . We will be in Japan next week. Can you tell me if it is OK to stay in Tokyo Bay Area and commute every day to Tokyo touristy spots. Will be there three nights and five nights in Osaka.

    • @wheretonext1190
      @wheretonext1190  3 месяца назад

      Hi Sheela! Thank you for watching my video and for appreciating my work! With regards to your query, it actually depends on your itinerary in Tokyo and which tourist spots you plan to visit. Personally, I would want my hotel to be in the area where I plan to visit the most tourist spots. That way, I can maximize the 3-4 days I have in Tokyo. But if you really have to stay in the Tokyo Bay area, of course it is still ok with the efficient train and bus systems of Tokyo. Just be aware that travel time from the Tokyo Bay area to the usual Tokyo tourist spots may take about an hour or more, depending on where you want to go. In a sense, that would take a bit of time from your 3-4 days, which could translate to lesser time to see the tourist spots. In any case, I am sure it would still work out if you have planned your itinerary well.
      I hope I was able to answer your query and help you in my own small way. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Enjoy your trip to Japan! :)

    Hello, could you please kindly tell me how to get to Shinsaibashi station from Osaka airport, thankyou!

    • @wheretonext1190
      @wheretonext1190  8 месяцев назад +2

      Hi James! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, you can reach Shinsaibashi station from Kansai Airport via bus or train. If you choose the airport shuttle bus, your stop would be Hotel Nikko Osaka, which is just a 1min walk to Shinsaibashi station. If you choose the train, you can take the train from Kansai Airport to Nankai Namba station, then transfer to the subway. Shinsaibashi is just one station away from Namba station. If you choose to walk, Nankai Namba station to Shinsaibashi station is about 15-20mins walk.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Have fun in Japan! 😊

      how much did you pay for 10 days stay?

      @@tll_thelightinside Hi! Thank you for watching my video and for visiting my channel. With regards to your query, I personally haven't stayed in one hotel for like 10 days straight. I would normally transfer hotels every couple of days depending on which city or area I am exploring. I guess your budget for a 10-day hotel stay would depend on the kind of hotel you would choose, whether it is a budget hotel, mid-range or high end, and in what area you prefer to stay. For me, a budget of USD100-150/night may be safe.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Enjoy your stay in Japan! 😊

    In what could cleanliness be improved?

    • @wheretonext1190
      @wheretonext1190  2 месяца назад

      Hi! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, I am guessing that you are referring to Dotonbori Hotel. Personally, during our stay, the hotel's cleanliness was satisfactory. I just figured that it could still be improved because some parts of the carpets were stained, and some hidden corners of the room were dusty. For guests who are not so particular with such details, I guess it should be ok.
      I hope I was able to answer your query. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! I hope you are enjoying your day! :)

      Hi Angie! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query though, I am sorry but unfortunately, I don't know of any hotel or Air BnB in the Dotonbori area that has a balcony. I hope my other videos can help you plan your trip though. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! Enjoy your day! :)

      Hi again Angie! I don't have any specific person or group in mind, but you could probably join the food tours being offered by online companies like Klook or GetYourGuide. Their websites have several offerings which could suit your needs. They also have tours for individuals if you want to do it one-on-one. Hope this helps. :)

      Hi again! Thank you for your advice. I just checked and indeed, Hotel Unizo in Shinsaibashi is temporarily closed. But hopefully it will open again soon in time for your future travels. I have taken note of your request for suggestions on affordable hotels for 3 persons and I hope to be able to find options for you in my future videos. Thanks again for watching!

    5 adults

    • @wheretonext1190
      @wheretonext1190  Месяц назад

      Hi! Thank you for watching my video! Not sure though what exactly you mean by your comment "5 adults". Do you mean you are looking for rooms that can accommodate 5 persons? If yes, I have taken note of it and I will see if I can find one which I can feature in my future videos. Alternatively, you may also want to consider booking maybe 2 adjacent rooms, one for triple occupancy and one for double occupancy. That way, you get two toilets too, which actually is a major factor to consider. This would make your trip more efficient, saving a lot of time.
      I hope I was able to help address your concern. In case you haven't, I hope you can also consider subscribing to my channel for more useful travel videos. Thanks again! I hope you are enjoying your day! :)
