Looks yummy. My favourite 3 ingredient dessert is a choc mousse - whip some cream to a soft peak, add in approximately equal amount of cream cheese and whip a little longer. Finally, use Nutella or a no added sugar equivalent like Jim Jams (get it in Sainsburys). Can also be made with a cooled ganache.
The same base is also good fruity with a squeeze of lemon juice, a few lightly stewed berries or some passion fruit and honey or sugar to taste as needed. That becomes 4 ingredients though. Could also use a commercial sweetened coulis to keep to the 3 ingredients.

Bit of a boring suggestion but a 3 ingredient mac n cheese (sorry if youve dont it in the past)
Cook 1 cup of pasta in a cup and a half of milk, once cooked add 3-4 slices of American cheese. Stir till all the cheese has melted then enjoy.
      (Ingredients are rough estimates)

    Ham and cheese scrolls:
Sliced deli ham, ( you might be able to find one with some seasoning on it) Then any cheese of your choice. Finally a wrap or a soft tortilla. When putting it together you need to chop the round edges off the wrap, turn it into a long rectangle, place some ham, then cheese and then a little more ham. Roll it up and then place it into a muffin tray. Put it in the oven. Done!!!

My favourite 3 ingredient recipient is for ice cream, it makes an incredibly rich and creamy (ice crystal free) base for whatever ice cream you can imagine, I usually add Biscoff biscuits or mint extract and chocolate chips.
1- Pour 600ml of double cream into a bowl and whip until thick
2- Stir in a whole can of condensed milk (397g) until combined and no lumps of cream remain
3- Add in whatever flavouring you want, for example vanilla extract, chocolate chips, crushed up biscuits, caramel sauce etc.
4- Pour into a container and freeze until set.

    Braised chicken thighs.
Bone-in chicken thighs, olive oil, and your favorite packaged tomato pasta sauce.
Set oven to a medium high temperature. I use 400F and cannot remember the Celsius conversion right now.
Brown the chicken in an oiled pan that can go stovetop to oven. Ideally you'd salt and pepper it first.
After removing chicken from pan, throw in a jar of pasta sauce and get it warm.
Put the chicken back in the pan, making sure it's half-submerged but not all the way.
In the oven for about an hour.
Ideally serve with pasta or risotto.
(If olive oil doesn't count as an ingredient, a diced onion or some diced shallots should be cooked in the pan after removing the chicken and before adding the pasta sauce.)

Barry please do my favorite sugar free peanut butter cookies. I would love to see you do a sugar free dessert for us diabetics lol.
1 cup of creamy peanut butter (not the natural stuff)
1 cup of Splenda or sucralose sweetner
    1 whole egg
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, then scoop bite sized bits of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Use a greased fork to press a criss cross pattern onto the cookies. Bake at 180c for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Make sure you make them bite sized because the texture is quite crumbly, you have to eat them in one bite.
It's also very easy to make this recipe not sugar free, just use 1 cup granulated sugar instead of Splenda or sweetener. Also you don't have to worry about tjr cookies being crumbly if you use sugar instead.

this a a nice dip to go with some chips ( crisps ) it's best with plain chips all you need is sour cream and a fresh lemon
1: put 1 tub of sour cream in a bowl and mix it until it's smooth
2: slowly add fresh lemon juice into the sour cream
    3: mix until smooth
4: keep adding lemon juice until you it tastes good
I use 1 really large lemon and I do mean LARGE so you might need 2 lemons
I love the lemon taste in this dip and remember it's best with plain chips

As someone who has watched all of these 4321 videos (I love the series)
I get so annoyed that you don't add salt or pepper.
They shouldn't be considered ingredients because they're flavor enhancers you can't really eat them on their own and furthermore everyone has it on hand and it's extremely cheap and will last a while
So yeah that's my opinion as well as the majority of commentors.
Please take our opinions into consideration ❤

Barry, if you love mushing bananas, try freezing them overnight once they've gone completely brown. Thaw them, then enjoy the satisfaction of squeezing them right out of the peel!! I'm a baker and have to do this several times a week, 24 bananas per batch of double chocolate banana bread. :) They'll look like they've gone bad, but that's when they're the sweetest, most flavorful, and also TOTAL mush. Would highly suggest!!

(This is a recipe I learned in its basic form from Madeline Olivia but I’ve pimped it a little bit to make it a bit extra)
    CREAMY LEMON & CORIANDER PASTA
    Ingredients:
•tub of lemon & coriander houmous
    •100g pasta (any shape)
    •10-15 cherry tomatoes, halved
•seasoning & Oil (I know it’s cheating but it’s not like you wouldn’t use them anyway)
    Method:
    1. Preheat oven to 180°c
    2. Place halved cherry tomatoes on a baking tray with some oil, salt and black pepper and bake for 10-15 mins.
    3. Cook the pasta according to the packet’s instructions and drain, leaving in about a tablespoon of the pasta water when transferred back into the saucepan on a low heat.
    4. Stir in the houmous and roasted cherry tomatoes and transfer to serving plates.
Hope you like this, it’s also customisable, which is worth mentioning, e.g. using any flavour of houmous you like/making your own or substituting the tomatoes for peppers or mushrooms or anything you fancy really!

    A drink:
    Milk
    Cocoa powder
    Cinnamon
(Heat in the pan together, I also add a little bit of coffee but that's optional)
    Main dish:
    Rice
    Frozen veggies mix
Soy sauce(or other asian style sauce)
    For dessert:
    Cream cheese
    Milk
    Cookies(oreos, for example)
(Mix the cream cheese with milk until smooth, like frosting. Ideally, you would want to add confectionary sugar as well. Crumble cookies at the bottom of the glass. Put cream on top and chill.)

    1. Chicken (use what you like; we use thighs)
    2. Bbq sauce (we like using a honey bbq sauce for a sweet /tangy vibe)
    3. Pineapple (we use canned and add some of the juice)
Put it in a crockpot and presto!
You can do quite a bit with it like, add corn or peas, maybe serve it over mashed potatoes!

Dessert: My sister used to make easy cinnamon buns. Basically biscuit dough (not sure what you'd call it in England, because it's not cookie dough, but to make the little bread; Pillsbury), cinnamon, and caramelized sugar. She'd caramelize the sugar, let it cool down, roll the buns in it, then sprinkle with sugar. Sometimes, we'd use brown sugar instead. They were an easy, quick little treat, sometimes.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Anyway, for this dessert, you’ll need... 1 box of Angel Food cake mix and 1 20oz can of pineapple chunks.
Directions (copied and pasted from the official Betty Crocker website... Sorry) Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat dry angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely upside down as directed on cake mix box, about 2 hours.

I don't know how well they go together, but four three-ingredient recipes I like:
    *Drink: celery soda
-Make a syrup of water, sugar, and whole celery seeds. Strain and discard the seeds, chill the syrup. Mix about a tablespoon (approx. 15mL) of syrup in a glass of seltzer/sparkling water/club soda/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. (I don't think we should count CO2 as an ingredient, do you?)
    *Starter: jalepeño poppers
-Obviously, the standard recipe is a bit more involved, but a quick cheat for jalepeño poppers I use sometimes is to halve and seed some jalepeños, stuff the halves with shredded cheddar (or pepper jack), and wrap them in biscuit dough. (I live in the US, so I'm not sure you have that. Maybe puff pastry if you can't find it?) Bake till the coating is golden brown and the cheese is gooey.
    *Main: pasta and egg
-Traditional (creamy) way: Boil spaghetti, strain, plate, and _while it's still hot_ stir in a beaten egg. Top with grated parmesan cheese. (Four-ingredient suggestion: add minced garlic with the egg.)
-How mom got us picky kids to eat it (scrambled) way: Boil a high-surface-area pasta (rotelle, rotini, and elbows all work), strain, then toss it back in the pan with a beaten egg and some romano cheese, and cook until the egg is scrambled and thoroughly embedded in the pasta. (Romano is saltier than parmesan, so this does make a difference.) (Four-ingredient suggestion: Lots of black pepper!)
    *Dessert: Fruit custard tarts
-Line a tart pan (or cupcake tins for single-serve tartlets) with pie crust, mostly-fill with custard (or lemon curd!), top with fruit of your choice, bake. (I tend to like banana with plain custard, strawberries with lemon curd; I've never tried raspberries, but I don't think they'd be too tart with that much lemon curd and overwhelm the plain custard.)
Sorry for the lack of amounts and cooking times, but my current apartment doesn't have a kitchen, and my recipe notebooks are all at my step-mother's house.

Salsa dip; Salsa of choice, cream cheese and shredded cheese(I prefer the taco blend we have in the US but jack cheddar is a great 2nd choice)
English Muffin Pizzas: English muffins (you call them muffins, lol) favorite red or white jar sauce and mozzarella cheese (we do sometimes use oregano and evoo but that’s a treat)
Pumpkin dump cake: Packed pumpkin, boxed spiced cake mix and eggs.

+1 for the chicken. fresh spinach. stir through a couple hand fulls once you have finished making it, then serve. It will taste great and look so pretty!
Also, how about a 3 ingredient inception, where you make a batch of something ( using three ingredients) then use that as a single ingredient in loads of other 3 recipe dishes. The first one i think of is A tomato basil sauce. just onion, canned tomatoes and fresh basil. Then you can use that for baked chicken pasta, pasta and meatballs, a base for a soup , ratatouille, chilli etc. It could be a good way for people to wean themselves off of store brought items.
