Barry I have a good 3 Ingredient drink you could try. My aunt called it witches brew because we always made it around Halloween, it's delicious on hot days as well, you take 1 can of Sprite and add fruit punch so it's about 1/4 punch then add a little vanilla ice cream on top. Mix it gently so it doesn't fizz too much, you don't want the ice cream mixed in completely though, then enjoy
Love that chorizo hash. Going to try that and the chicken. ATM Asda’s own cream of mushroom soup is only 37p a can for us budget conscious retired folk
We’ve made an almost identical version of the chicken and rice bake with uncooked rice for nearly 40 years, but we have never pre-cooked the chicken. I really think you can save yourself that step so long as you cook the casserole for at least an hour or longer.
You should do the same kind of idea but on a budget! 4, 3$ recipies? Save the broke students, please help us eat healthier than fast food value meals!!!!!!!
Barry, I have watched hundreds of your videos in last month and I need to ask: How do you stay so excited and positive in all of your videos? Are you cooking so well that the food gets you high?
Everytime you do the seal thing it cracks me up!😂 can't wait to try some of these! Would you ever consider doing a weekly airfryer recipe playlist i'd love to get more creative with mine 😊
for the drink I'd have put the ice cubes in the blender after you blended it the first time, gives it a nice cold slush texture and with sparkling water, its like a nice fizz slush
The sparkling water probably would have work if added to the bottom of the glass, or if you had given it a stir. I watched the water just sit on top of the berry mixture (Barry mixture?).
Hey @Barry - I only just discovered your channel like a few weeks ago, but Im amazed at how many years you've been doing this. I think youre a really funny chap and I find these and your other videos just plain fun. Thanks so much!
Barry you've let us down. When you put the sparkling water in the drink you made it 4 ingredients. This was a deliberate attempt to undermine us viewers and establish yourself as the supreme overlord. I'm onto you. Yours Truly. Tom.

@@LexiK0688 I agree. That chicken breast is going to be so bland. My opinion, breast meat is the lowest quality meat on chicken. Barry could have made it so much better but cutting up the raw breast into cubes and mixing it with the rice mix and cream soup. Classic american casserole recipe since he cooked his at 190C/375F for 45 minutes. The raw breast would have absorbed the flavors from the ingredients, but since he precooked, the muscle fibers tightened up and now nothing is getting in.
The cream soup is pretty high in sodium . It sounds delicious to me .. but I must say .. I was wondering why he didn’t add his favorite spice ... “ paprika “ !!! Turmeric would have been AWSOME too !
Love this series. Here are some suggestions Starters- a bruschetta of sorts. Mushrooms, mayo on bread. Slice a baguette as if you were making garlic bread and then lightly toast the bread in the oven or toaster. you don’t want them over cooked. Then you cook the mushrooms, once cooked take of the heat and then add about 2 spoons of mayo. (It’s up to you how much you want to add) once all mixed together, if you want you can then put the pan back onto the heat to warm it up. Then you put mixture on top of the bread. Main meal- spaghetti, prawns and chilli paste. While the water is boiling cook the prawns, once they are cooked add a few squeezes of the chilli past, depending on how spicy I want the pasta( I used the già chilli purée either from Tesco or Sainsburys). Then when the pasta has finished boiling mix the two together, normally I add a few stems of broccoli with the dish but that would make it 4 ingredients. If you don’t like the previous recipe, then spaghetti with butter and Parmesan. Dessert- vanilla ice cream/gelato Use a can of condensed milk and a 600ml pot of double cream and a tbp of vanilla extract. In a bowl whisk the two together until soft peaks, then put in a tub and freeze it. We normally Chuck in some cocoa powder and some roasted hazelnuts or some chopped up strawberries but once you have to base it is so easy to experiment with the different flavours, i have done a mint one with green food colouring and mint extract. Drink- my grandparents used to make this for me growing up during the summer. They would call it lassi, they would fill a glass up with milk, then add a few spoons of natural or Greek yogurt and then add sugar to taste. They would also add ice cubes but it is still nice without it.
Love these recipes, the mushroom risotto is a firm favorite of mine, but I am going to have to try that chicken :) I think the drink just needed a good stir, as it looked like all the fruit had separated and sunk to the bottom of the glass.
The Chicken Bake thing reminds me of a dish my mom used to make, but she used stuffing instead of rice, everything else was pretty much the same though :)
Barry you totally could have used. Frozen fruit to make your sparkling smoothie. Also sometimes in America We have marinated chicken breast. But I don't know if you guys have that in the UK. Anyway, just a thought. Love your Channel.
There's a chicken rice bake that you can use cheap regular bag rice and uncooked chicken. It's easier than Barry's because you don't need to precook the chicken and better because the chicken is fully cooked in the casserole, picking up the soup flavor better. It can be found at the Campbell's Soup website. Search for Campbell's One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake. I've made it many times.
I'm from the midwest region of the US. Your chicken dish is nearly a staple casserole we make once or twice a month. Sometimes there is even a recipe on the back of the soup can.
My family loves to make chicken quarters on rice covered with cream of mushroom soup all the time. We add season salt on top and sometimes we season the rice with chicken bullion cubes
Barry, you're such a joy to watch. However that chicken dish reminds me of hospital food. I can just feel it edging into realms of fricassee......and deep dark memories....
Famous last words, 'I think I made a misstake' hahaha! Brilliant Barry! I really love how you trial and error on camera, (makes all of us feel less of a dumbass if something fails!)
A graham cracker crust for the baked Alaska and switch out the ice cream for chocolate. Then with the Smoky chard meringue you've got a s'mores thing going on. That would be yummy.
This is THE BEST easy chocolate mousse, everyone I've made it for loves it The raspberries count as the 3rd ingredient 😉 400 grams milk chocolate 400 ml cream Raspberries to top Whip the cream into soft peaks. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, so it doesn't seize or burn. Fold the chocolate into the cream. Pour into Martini glasses and top with grated chocolate and raspberries.
There is a classic casserole dish - put the rice and condensed soup of your choice in the bottom of a baking dish; stir to combine (I also add about a cup of liquid). Top with boneless chicken breasts or thighs (either leave the pieces whole or cut them). Cover and bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C/350°F, until the rice is done.
Hey Berry how about the no fuss 4 ingredient rustic white bread recipe. Just takes time to mix and proof. 3 cups bread flour 1-1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast 1-1/2 to 2 cups hot water from your tap. (I like the dough a bit on the wetter side, makes a softer bread inside). Add all ingredients into a large glass mixing bowl. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit on the counter for 8 to 24 hours. Get a large covered kettle or Dutch oven. Do not grease pan. When you are ready to bake. Preheat oven to 450°. Line another bowl with parchment paper. Pour bread dough into bowl and let rest with a kitchen towel over dough for 30 min while the oven is coming up to tempature. Put covered Dutch oven into oven for 30 min to get up to tempature. (While bread is rising) Take the hot Dutch oven out of the oven and pick up loaf of bread in parchment paper and lower into hot Dutch oven, cut slits into bread. Put the lid on the Dutch oven and bake in the 450° oven for 30 min. Take bread out of the oven, remove lid to pot and put the bread in the pan without lid back into hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes to brown and get a crunchy crust. Remove bread from pan and let cool on cooking rack and if you can, which we never can, resist cutting for 30 min. This is a winner!
sear a beef roast, mix a can of cream of mushrom soup and a packet of dry onion soup and a can of water, whisk together, pour over the beef roast, cover and cook in a low oven all day, serve wityh mashed potatoes it's so good and so eady!

I can’t quite recall) in the pan, then put raw chicken on top... and bake it until the chicken was cooked through. It wasn’t bad but I prefer the idea of baking the chicken first. No salmonella roulette that way lmao

Totally off subject but I just want to thank you for introducing me to Stuart's channel! I've been binging his videos for *days* now!

Nice one Barry. I've made the chicken bake and it was indeed.... Stonking.

Absolutely loving this playlist, Barry! I share them with my friends every chance I get!

The chorizo, potato, and zucchini is always my favourite thing to put in an omelette, super good brunch vibes. Great video as usual Barry!!
That chicken with no seasoning makes me sad. Salt and pepper should be an exception
The cream he poured on it will give it plenty of salt and other seasonings. It it was stand alone chicken yes season it up.

This playlist is so fantastic. Tasty and easy recipes fit for people on a budget and are tired of eating only pasta or rice 😁
OMG, this is my favourite Ice cream!! Vanilla, Caramel, Brownie..... its sooooo good!
Brings me so much joy when you say bayaya
You should try making sausage stovies - it’s a Scottish dish and it’s delicious - especially in a folded over slice of warburtons toastie with lurpak.
The brownie ice cream is my FAVOURITE me and the boys always argue over who’s having it... I hide it behind the frozen veg 😂😂
Thank you for these recipes, Barry. Most enjoyable.
Barry: Guess where this goes?

I bake chicken with soup quite a lot... I usually do the chicken raw in a casserole dish so you don’t get the skin... it’s great!

OH, a mini baked Alaska! My grandma used to make full sized ones all the time!
I would love to see you do some of these using an Instant Pot
Love these videos and came at the perfect time as I was looking for dinner inspiration, thanks Barry :)

Super early!! I enjoy the 4321, videos!! They are so cool!! You rock!
I think this is my favorite.
I'd like to see Barry try the magic instant coffee whip hack and see what his opinion of it is.
Im loving the 16hour food gadget testing video im like 3hours in its sooo entertaining
If you used condensed soup you would have a thicker sauce for the chicken and it would be even better
As always I love your videos
You can top the chicken mushroom dish with biscuits or bisquick mix and add another delicious texture like pot pie. Yum!
Oh nice! I’ve never used that stuff
A graham cracker crust for the baked Alaska and switch out the ice cream for chocolate. Then with the Smoky chard meringue you've got a s'mores thing going on. That would be yummy.
the chorizo hash looked AMAZING :0
Love this!! And strange question for you Barry or Mrs Barry, what colour / brand paint did you use for your kitchen?? Xx
Keep up the great work Barry!
I think it would be super fun for you to do a vegan one of these, like a challenge !
Did you ever get the other oven fixed Barry?
This is THE BEST easy chocolate mousse, everyone I've made it for loves it

400 grams milk chocolate

Whip the cream into soft peaks.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, so it doesn't seize or burn.
Fold the chocolate into the cream.
Pour into Martini glasses and top with grated chocolate and raspberries.
The chicken casserole dish you made at our house we call it “chicken and rice and everything nice”

3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1-1/2 to 2 cups hot water from your tap.
(While bread is rising)
Take the hot Dutch oven out of the oven and pick up loaf of bread in parchment paper and lower into hot Dutch oven, cut slits into bread.
It's a good idea but it doesn't class as a meal. He's done breads and such before though
I think tap water is fine to not count as an ingredient, but that sparkling water should count as one.
I was thinking exactly that. If it has to go on tte shopping list, then it counts.
Is Barry using raw chorizo sausage ('cooking' chorizo) for the hash?
Hey Barry! You could do a serie about lunch at work. Something gnummy that you can eat hot or cold :D
Early luv this play list don't stop until around 20 parts

That would be great. I bet you put in uncooked chicken and uncooked rice. I've seen recipes like that. Very easy. I love my crock pot.

So caster sugar in the UK is different than the US? I was making an Eton mess and it said use caster sugar so I looked it to make sure I used the right one and the internet said it was powdered/confectioner’s sugar which confused me because the recipe used caster and confectioner’s sugar for the meringue/whipped cream, respectively
Powdered sugar is what we call icing sugar the light super ground stuff that goes everywhere! Caster sugar is your more standard sugar for cakes etc
the other side of your "ilove paprika" mug should say "and bbq". 😄
Just stir the drink and I need some type of seasoning on the chicken

cooking with chorizo, you definitely wouldnt ever need oil :P
I think blending the drink with some ice would thin it out but not dilute it too much
