We were there last year. The Godzilla terrace was closed. There is another way to enter the hotel: walk behind the escalators to the cinema and you will find the elevators to the hotel lobby. No need to walk around the building.
We were there for 6 nights last week. I would never go back again. the hotel is not cheap and it is in Shinjuku. Shinjuku is dirty and there are a lot of drunks and vomit and trash all over the streets. sirens go on all night and you will hear it. we were in the 22th floor. economy rooms have no microwave and there is only ONE microwave in the reception area for the entire hotel. the laundry room is always busy and packed with people I ended up spending 4 hours trying to finish washing and drying my cloths. other than that it is as clean and the service was great just as any other hotel we stayed in during our trip. nothing special. so any hotel/Airbnb in any place in Tokyo is better than this one.

Dose this hotel have a gym ?
When was this? I have read several reviews saying that the terrace has been closed even to hotel guests during the previous 6-9 months.
this was July 2023. There was one day when the terrace was open. After which, the rest of the days we stayed there, and it was closed.

The room looks boring. I was expecting they had Godzilla gimmicks inside.

They do have godzilla themed room. But it is not cheap. 100K++ yen per nite.
