In cyberpunk lower crowd density when you have a cpu bottleneck, helps a lot for weaker cpus. AC valhalla, low aa turnes down the in game renderresolution so its not nativ 1080p anymore, thats why your fps will improve a lot (strange behavior for aa i know).

A note for someone with budget in mind; You could subtitute the RTX 2060 with a GTX 1660Ti if you don't care about the eye candy and/or the tensor cores, since the 80w models of the 2 perform 98% identical. Have tried both, went with the 1660Ti model for 200$ less

I play rdr2 with rtx 2060 and it hardly makes a difference between ultra and high exept 60fps on high and 30 on ultra, but if u wanna play max just force it from geforce experience but it won't run well

I owned the RTX 2060/i7/300hz version and turning off Intel turbo boost (via throttle stop) made the machine run quietly at 60c-78c under heavy load.

Actually the DLSS make a big difference in a lot of games and rtx 2060 is more future proof than the 1660ti.So maybe it is worth the money
