Okay, I have used these tools thousands of times but NEVER have I clicked on a mounting aid as a reference! 🤯. That is going to change how I do this. I always did by typing it in.

Could you make a video on using mounting points to mount a door when you import an enclosure? I can never get the door to mount the way i want it. The door always flips or rotates when i hover door over the mounting point

I have created a video on how to open doors: ruclips.net/video/N0TaDMDOHFM/видео.html
This I recommend when it comes to easy movement of components like doors.
When it comes to replacing a door, it would be helpful to use base points, the reason why the software behaves strangely when you hover over surfaces or mounting points is that those have a different alignment of the coordinate axis than the component you are trying to place.
I will create in future more Videos about the creation of Enclosures and handling of Accessories.

How Can I join two mounting plates in Propanel?

      Hello Andrea.
      Thanks for your question.
All components in EPLAN Pro Panel follow the same prinicple, that the handle point of the second component is placed on a reference mounting (point, grid or surface) of the first component.
If you have a concrete example, im happy to take a deeper look into it.
      Best Regards
      Kruno
