- Big summertime tarpon and snook keep the Reel Time crew busy this week in the Southeast region. Capt. Andy Tasker shows Capt. George why Stuart is the place to be in the summer, with big tarpon chasing minnow schools on the beaches and hungry snook prowling the jetties. Put down the cast net, artificials pack a deadly punch for shore bound silver kings.

Great episode George! Can you tell us what time of the month is best for shore fishing for those bad boys?
You know it!
im lucky i live in palm city on the water gonna start heading to stuart inlet once i get my boat!
You guys using the spot lock on the trolling motor fishing on those jetties ?
What size, action, weight and model regiment rods used for the gulps and the ones for live baits and what size reels were used for the gulps and for the live baits??
Penn Regiment rods/ penn Spinfisher v reels
if i was gonna go with a penn reel should i go with a 4000 conflict or 4000 spinfisher v
This is probably a stupid question. I have noticed a lot of bay boats and center consoles without t tops. Is it because you put it in a garage or carport? Or do you have a lot of low bridges to deal with?
More fishability if you’re able to go without the shade
Hi Jorge,
I am Brazilian and I live in Switzerland, I am a passionate of the sport fishing, a big fan of yours and your videos.
I have a question: Could you make some videos with the various mounts that you use?
Congratulations,
Jailson
ReelTime,
I was hoping to get Penn Spinfisher V 4500LL as an all around setup for off the beach here in NC. Do you have any experience with the live-liner aspect of the new spinfishers? I'd like to be able to jig up small grouper and snapper as well as pitch to cobia. What do you think?
when was this filmed?
What do you mean by "mounts" Jailson?
Can i get a honest answer? What is the difference between a $150 reel and your $600 penns?
On the south east coast you guys have the mullet run, and a shrimp run. Match the hatch and you are on huge fish in seconds. I am in St. Pete. Do we get any of these "runs"?
What rod and reel combo are y'all using?
Looks like they were using 7' penn regiment 15-30 rods.
Yewwww
What size rods? Plz?
Never been
ever come down to South Texas?
Thanks for watching!
