Never call this architect if u want peace of mind in your life. He has become so corrupt and his team is highly unethical. I called him for my house making by seeing these videos. His team gave a very wrong estimate. He will call many vendors for the work as he makes plans to buy from them. His junior architects drew the plans these days which his firm charges premium. Once you understand these , and question anything they will start showing their true colours. They will stop work and leave the site . I called him for my house and it's nowhere after 2 years. Just half done as he shot the budget without telling me things properly. I wish people should be known truth before calling such media celebrated architects
