ഈ ചൂടിൽ ഇത് കാണുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിനും കണ്ണിനും എന്തൊരു കുളിർമ. 20വർഷം മുമ്പുള്ള നാട്ടിൻ പ്രദേശത്തെ വീടുകൾ മുറ്റത്തു മാവും തൊടിയിൽവാഴയും പ്ലാവുമെല്ലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.
ഹർഷം; അനുഭൂതി പകരുന്ന ഹൃദ്യത. മാകന്ദത്തണലിൽ തലയുയർത്തി നിൽക്കുന്ന മട്ടുപ്പാവ്, വായനയിടം, , കാഴ്ചയുടെ വിശാലത നൽകുന്ന ആ സവിശേഷ ഇരിപ്പിടം എല്ലാം ചാരുതയുടെ അടയാളങ്ങൾ. പഴമയേയും, പുതുമയേയും കൂട്ടിയിണക്കി മനോഞ്ജശില്പ സൃഷ്ടാവിന് അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ. ഇവരെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രിയ കൂട്ടുകാർക്ക് നന്ദി.
Superb വീട്. നല്ല വീട്ടുകാരും. പ്രകൃതിയും അന്തരീക്ഷവും എല്ലാം മോഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. Architect superb. ഈ വീട് പരിചയപെടുത്തിയതിനു സച്ചിനും പിഞ്ചുവിനും അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ. കണ്ണിനും മനസിനും കുളിർമ ഏകുന്ന ഒരു കാഴ്ച തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു.
ആ വീടിനോളം, വീട്ടുകാരോളം ആ കുട്ടിയും ഈ എപ്പിസോഡ് മനോഹരമാക്കി. ഒരു ആർക്കിടെക്റ്റ് ടീമിലെ അംഗമായിട്ടല്ല ആ വീട്ടിലെ ഒരംഗത്തെപ്പോലെ വളരേ സന്തോഷത്തോടെയാണ് എപ്പിസോഡിലുടനീളം അവർ ഓരോ കാര്യങ്ങളും പറഞ്ഞത്😍😍
വീട് മനോഹരം 😍പിഞ്ചു പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ ഹൃദ്യമായ സ്വാഗതം.ഹസിയ വളരെ മനോഹരമായി പറഞ്ഞു തന്നു. സമാധാനം നിറഞ്ഞ അന്തരീക്ഷം. Bay window ആണ് കൂടുതലായി ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടത് പിന്നെ diningarea👌👌👌മുൻവശത്തെ പടിക്കെട്ട് കൊള്ളാം പ്രായമായവർക്ക് കയറാൻ എളുപ്പമാകും. അച്ഛനും അമ്മയെയും പോലെ തന്നെ മകനും ആ ലാളിത്യമുണ്ട്. 🥰

The house owner does not take future action based on comments in a RUclips video. I have a house 250 years old.Had 80 members to eat lunch a day in 1960s.TODAY ONLY 3 RESIDENTS ONE A WORKER. Only beneficiary the municipal corporation who gets taxes for many buildings lying vacant and unused..stores..Kalavara.. Cowsheds..toilets..Baths..one week needed just to sweep once. 70 percent members abroad 25 percent in other states. No workers no supervisors .which affect maintanance.Luckily money is not problem.But politics of Kerala is not conducive even for a freehold property. About grand children from abroad coming and enjoying is more complicated than making them stay in a five star heritage hotel.

I think this is one of simple and best house that you have shooted. Very big houses are not so attractive like this small house with full of greenery and love. Please keep shooting such reasonable houses with beautiful simple interiors
It is an extremely beautiful home. This will be nostalgic for every malayali. Instead of pond, they should have setup a small fast flowing stream powered by solar panels.

This is how home should be. Without using any ultra modern materials, this house looks plush. A lovely blend of Kerala materials and tiles from Tamilnadu and Morocco. വീട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പഴയ ഒരു തറവാടിന്റെ ഫീൽ ഉണ്ട് . നല്ല രസമായിരിക്കും ഇവിടെ ജീവിക്കാൻ . പക്ഷെ 1800 sq feet വീട്ടിന് 72 ലക്ഷം വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. 2900 Sqfeet ന് 6 മാസം മുൻപ്ണിത എന്റെ വീടിന് 70 lakh മാത്രമേ ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ. എങ്ങിനെ ഇത്ര ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. Contractor നല്ല പൈസയാക്കി കാണും .. കണക്കു പ്രകാരം 50 lakh നുള്ളിൽ തീർക്കാവുന്ന വീടാണ്. ഞാൻ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ വീട് എടുപ്പിച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. എന്റെ ത് 4 മുറികളുള്ള ടെറസ് വീടാണ്. ഇത്രയധികം പൈസ എവിടെ ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. വീട്ടുകാരാണെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാവരും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമുള്ളവരും .പിന്നെ എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചുവെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. ഒരിക്കലും ഇത്ര പൈസ ആവില്ല

Highly educated family. രണ്ടു പേർക്കും പെൻഷൻ ഉണ്ട്. പിന്നെ Architect ആസിയ ഹുസ്സെയിന്ടെ നല്ല സംസാര രീതി വീടിനെ കുറിച്ച് നന്നായി പറഞ്ഞു present ചെയുകയും ചെയ്‌തു👍🏾.
I think this is one of simple and best house that you have shooted. Very big houses are not so attractive like this small house with full of greenery and love. Please keep shooting such reasonable houses with beautiful simple interiors

വീടും അന്തരീക്ഷവും ഒക്കെ അടിപൊളിയാണ്.. പക്ഷേ മാവിൽ മാങ്ങയുണ്ടായാൽ അത് ഓടിന്മേൽ വീണാൽ ഓട് മാറ്റുവാനേ നേരം കാണൂ.. ഞാൻ മുൻപ് താമസിച്ച വീടിന്റെ ഓട് അങ്ങിനെ ഒരുപാട് പൊട്ടിയിരുന്നു..

കോൺക്രീറ്റ് വീട് പണിത്താൽ 5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മുകളിൽ ഷീറ്റ് ഇടേണ്ടിവരും. പിന്നെ circus കൂടാരം പോലെ ഉണ്ടാകും. കേരളത്തിലെ 90% വീടും ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ആണ്.

This is how home should be. Without using any ultra modern materials, this house looks plush. A lovely blend of Kerala materials and tiles from Tamilnadu and Morocco. Even while watching the video I was able to feel the coolness and extraordinary comforts everywhere. God bless the family. Bravo, architect!

വീട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പഴയ ഒരു തറവാടിന്റെ ഫീൽ ഉണ്ട് . നല്ല രസമായിരിക്കും ഇവിടെ ജീവിക്കാൻ . പക്ഷെ 1800 sq feet വീട്ടിന് 72 ലക്ഷം വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. 2900 Sqfeet ന് 6 മാസം മുൻപ്ണിത എന്റെ വീടിന് 70 lakh മാത്രമേ ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ. എങ്ങിനെ ഇത്ര ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. Contractor നല്ല പൈസയാക്കി കാണും .. കണക്കു പ്രകാരം 50 lakh നുള്ളിൽ തീർക്കാവുന്ന വീടാണ്. ഞാൻ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ വീട് എടുപ്പിച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. എന്റെ ത് 4 മുറികളുള്ള ടെറസ് വീടാണ്. ഇത്രയധികം പൈസ എവിടെ ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. വീട്ടുകാരാണെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാവരും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമുള്ളവരും .പിന്നെ എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചുവെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. ഒരിക്കലും ഇത്ര പൈസ ആവില്ല
