Superb വീട്. നല്ല വീട്ടുകാരും. പ്രകൃതിയും അന്തരീക്ഷവും എല്ലാം മോഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. Architect superb. ഈ വീട് പരിചയപെടുത്തിയതിനു സച്ചിനും പിഞ്ചുവിനും അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ. കണ്ണിനും മനസിനും കുളിർമ ഏകുന്ന ഒരു കാഴ്ച തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു.
ഈ ചൂടിൽ ഇത് കാണുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിനും കണ്ണിനും എന്തൊരു കുളിർമ. 20വർഷം മുമ്പുള്ള നാട്ടിൻ പ്രദേശത്തെ വീടുകൾ മുറ്റത്തു മാവും തൊടിയിൽവാഴയും പ്ലാവുമെല്ലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.
വീട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പഴയ ഒരു തറവാടിന്റെ ഫീൽ ഉണ്ട് . നല്ല രസമായിരിക്കും ഇവിടെ ജീവിക്കാൻ . പക്ഷെ 1800 sq feet വീട്ടിന് 72 ലക്ഷം വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. 2900 Sqfeet ന് 6 മാസം മുൻപ്ണിത എന്റെ വീടിന് 70 lakh മാത്രമേ ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ. എങ്ങിനെ ഇത്ര ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. Contractor നല്ല പൈസയാക്കി കാണും .. കണക്കു പ്രകാരം 50 lakh നുള്ളിൽ തീർക്കാവുന്ന വീടാണ്. ഞാൻ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ വീട് എടുപ്പിച്ചത്. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. എന്റെ ത് 4 മുറികളുള്ള ടെറസ് വീടാണ്. ഇത്രയധികം പൈസ എവിടെ ചിലവായെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. വീട്ടുകാരാണെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാവരും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമുള്ളവരും .പിന്നെ എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചുവെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നില്ല. ഒരിക്കലും ഇത്ര പൈസ ആവില്ല

Only beneficiary the municipal corporation who gets taxes for many buildings lying vacant and unused..stores..Kalavara.. Cowsheds..toilets..Baths..one week needed just to sweep once. 70 percent members abroad 25 percent in other states. No workers no supervisors .which affect maintanance.Luckily money is not problem.But politics of Kerala is not conducive even for a freehold property. About grand children from abroad coming and enjoying is more complicated than making them stay in a five star heritage hotel.

This is how home should be. Without using any ultra modern materials, this house looks plush. A lovely blend of Kerala materials and tiles from Tamilnadu and Morocco. Even while watching the video I was able to feel the coolness and extraordinary comforts everywhere. God bless the family. Bravo, architect!
I think this is one of simple and best house that you have shooted. Very big houses are not so attractive like this small house with full of greenery and love. Please keep shooting such reasonable houses with beautiful simple interiors

Those wide windows... each with a wide ledge to sit on and dream away the hours, to feel the caress of the playful wind, to watch the many shades of green of the trees outside, high ceilings adding charm to this house, and a least expected balcony overlooking the dining space. ..a whole wall devoted to earth red jaali terracotta.,, which allows the light to form floral patterns on the floor , as the sun wheels from east to west. a poomukham so generously large that every part of you becomes one with the natural beauty surrounding it. The architect has given this muthashan and muthashi the finest gift he could by designing such a beautiful home. so suited to their well deserved retirement life. Hearty congratulations to the architect for creating this splendid abode of peace. 🙏 The only change I would suggest are thr floor tiles. Azulejos tiles from Goa ( of Portuguese origin) or the exquisite hand made tiles from Jaipur( the home of the famous blue pottery) would provide a vibrant contrast to the terracotta jali wall. Zellige( Fez in Morocco) is a Moorish art form which features heavily in Moroccan architecture It has some of the most intricate geometric designs, done in earth colours. Zellige is" an art form which is rich in history and tradition". All 3 are great options, which can be incorporated as unique architectural design elements. Do try them in your next building project. This is how home should be. Without using any ultra modern materials, this house looks plush. A lovely blend of Kerala materials and tiles from Tamilnadu and Morocco. Even while watching the video I was able to feel the coolness and extraordinary comforts everywhere. God bless the family. Bravo, architect!
Independent home is always the best, Flat ayal adachu pooti oridattu asukham varuthi irikanam, veedum puredavum akumbol, orupad karyangal cheyyam.
I think this is one of simple and best house that you have shooted. Very big houses are not so attractive like this small house with full of greenery and love. Please keep shooting such reasonable houses with beautiful simple interiors

Those wide windows... each with a wide ledge to sit on and dream away the hours, to feel the caress of the playful wind, to watch the many shades of green of the trees outside, high ceilings adding charm to this house, and a least expected balcony overlooking the dining space.
..a whole wall devoted to earth red jaali terracotta.,, which allows the light to form floral patterns on the floor , as the sun wheels from east to west. a poomukham so generously large that every part of you becomes one with the natural beauty surrounding it.
The architect has given this muthashan and muthashi the finest gift he could by designing such a beautiful home. so suited to their well deserved retirement life.
Hearty congratulations to the architect for creating this splendid abode of peace.

The only change I would suggest are thr floor tiles.
Azulejos tiles from Goa ( of Portuguese origin) or the exquisite hand made tiles from Jaipur( the home of the famous blue pottery) would provide a vibrant contrast to the terracotta jali wall.
Zellige( Fez in Morocco) is a Moorish art form which features heavily in Moroccan architecture
It has some of the most intricate geometric designs, done in earth colours. Zellige is" an art form which is rich in history and tradition".
All 3 are great options, which can be incorporated as unique architectural design elements.
Do try them in your next building project.
