When i make the hip line a have 23 cm (hip96/4+3-4) then i make a waist line 24,25 cm (waist 71/4 +6 +0,5) so it is longer than hip line-is that ok? Maybe you have less cm in waist :)

It's not wrong, you can draw the line straight from the waist point to the bottom.hope you understand what I write. English is my 2nd language😅🥰
