    Hi Larissa, thank you for your videos. I have been wondering how you and Darren are doing. Your videos encouraged me so much. I have struggled with FND since 2017 and am hopeful for a recovery. I feel empathy for you and pray for you and your family. You and Functional Lenny have been an inspiration for me. I hope you find peace, wellness, and joy for the new year.     Just watched your vid sorry about what your going through. I do the walks also. I have my dog that alerts on me before the problem really gets bad and throws all her attention into me, try's to get my mind off of it and pet her or walk with her. If my arm is shaking really bad she will lay on my arm to stop the shaking and at 90lbs she has the weight to stop it.
    I use weighted gloves and cold therapy which some times works. Hope some of this helps.
