      Yeah, i wonder when they're gonna find out that 60% was a dead end and that evolution has taken smaller factor keebs along the 65% branch leaving the 60 to dry out and die :)

My daily driver is a poker 3 but in the prebuilt market I think that full programmability would be the only thing that would be refreshing, other than that you're in custom territory, corsair waited for years to come up with a keyboard that would've been great when? 2018? I don't think 60% is dead, but anyone with a functioning brain should go for a mecha mini or a pok3r if they want a 60% for sure.

      Who even needs hot swap PCB's? Not to say nobody will find a use / need them, but it's just such a niche part of an already niche market.

      @@znoozi Exactly my point? I'm making up numbers here, but i'm sure 99% of people that use a computer have 0 idea what lubing switches even means.
      A filthy casual by your definition is almost everyone. Hot swap PCB is marketing to less than 1% of people who buy keyboards.

    This review isn't late. Clearly ya'll take your time with reviewing things which is absolutely a great thing. Being first isn't always great. Especially the clowns that do "unboxing and review" videos which are an absolute waste of time. How can anyone really review anything straight out of the box?? I commend you for taking your time to review everything on this channel to give a good accurate comprehensive reviews!

    I totally agree. It doesn’t scream “buy me”. I’m usually quite impulsive when buying things like this. I’ve looked at it over and over again, but haven’t felt like I needed to just pull the trigger.

    There's a lot of stuff that's good to see on this, considering it's Corsair. It's nice that it's got Type-C and PBT. There is still heavy competition for them in this area, but it's looking a lot better than the K70 imo

    This keyboard is for sure my favorite. My old K65 mini broke (spilled a drink on it which usually I’m really good about… sad face lol) I actually was able to swap it out for the same keyboard! After using this one I just don’t think I could switch to another keyboard.

    Corsair makes really good configuration software. iCue is also available for mac but they don’t offer mac keys :/

    No stands alone is a deal breaker for me, never mind the price. Kind of a shame cause it's actually not that bad otherwise feature wise.

      @@SwitchandClickOfficial also thanks! From your (and a bunch of other) review(s) I grabbed myself a Tecware Phantom 87 to replace my red dragon that is acting flakey. Trying to keep myself from going *too* far down yet another rabbit hole, though my gf thinks I'm insane for spending $200 on a kitchen knife then skimping on a keyboard considering how much time I spend on my computer compared to cooking... She might be on to something there...

    I wish they would release this with brown and blue switches. Lineair switches are fine for gaming, but I can't use it to do work.

    Way late to watching this review, but only found it after seeing one of these available second hand at a store. Might consider this if I'm wanting to go smaller than 75% on my desktop. The features of this don't seem to be too bad at all.

    I have a Corsair K65 wireless and I utterly detest it. It was my first mechanical keyboard and will be the last one I buy from Corsair.

    Wow those stabs are great in terms of Corsair stabilizers. I hope they make a 65%, if they do I’m totally buying it. Thanks for the great review!
    Edit: the price tag on this just makes me wanna buy a ducky instead. Rip.

    For me I'm considering buying one today because I'm a person who likes tkl for the arrow keys and fn keys. Because Canada computers has a sale on them for $35 cad.

    Hellloo, do you know if the poll rate settings saves without needing to make a profile? Like I want to leave everything else default but with 8000 poll rate only, will that work right away after changing or do I have to make a profile for it to permanently save to onboard memory?

    Interesting would be the capabilities of the software.
    There are some pretty hefty configurable keyboards out there, like all those supporting QMK, or the ones from keyboardio, the ulimakehackingboard and the Dactyl Raise which Support a lot of programmability like layers, multiple functions per switch, lighting of keys depending of layer and a Lot of varients (like Switch, move and Switch for next press to layer).
    So would have been interesting what the Software offers in Detail.

    I got it for about 80 dollars and I really like my desicion it was on sale (only in white though) but it sound sway better than my old one its way more useful and I just hope this one doesnt break

    New to mouse and keyboard gaming. Bought this because it felt smooth… on my way out I touched the HyperX Alloy Core… took this piece of plastic back and changed it for the aluminium HyperX. So glad I went back
