This is honestly such great advice, thank you! I especially liked the setting a standard and not a goal analogy! The advice feels so real. You know when you're shopping for whatever and you can tell this is real leather in what you're buying. This is real leather!
Like your approach Mister Joe you are quite right. I walk with my dog couple of times a day. Emotional stress and eating disorder is the biggest problem. What you said wakes me up I have to take my power back and deal with my emotions and not eating them away for the short high. So thank you so much. Coming back to you in a month as of today😊 Yvonne

Hey instead of eating your anxiety do fast walking to work it out exercising is great medicine Not Ozempic not cutting your stomach off in Surgery cause guess what if you do drastic surgery you’re still gonna have anxiety to deal with . Fix it Now .
I stumbled across this video today. I'm hoping it works. I was out of work since October and I started work on July 1st. So now I feel like I don't have any time because I get up. I drive to work. I come home. I have got like 2 hours to do all my things before I go to bed. Sounds like an excuse but it's reality like you said, there's always something going on. When I was out of work I would get up have a cup of coffee, do my bathroom, business, cough, cough... Then I would do my chair yoga and then I would do some miles on the bike and then I would stay busy and either walk in the park or walk on my road. After I lost my job I stopped taking my blood pressure meds and my anxiety meds because I didn't have any anxiety and no reason for my blood pressure to go up. I gained 30 lb. I was over 300 lb. So for the last 5 or 6 months I pretty much don't snack. Gave up unhealthy sugar. Don't count my calories but I try not to take more in that I burn. Funny thing is I burn more than I take in but I still don't lose weight. I don't show it very well but I'm down to 287 and kind of stuck. I'm hoping to get down to about 230 lb before November.
I love animals, so i joined the WAG dog walker community and lost weight, spent time with animals, and got paid. Its hot in texas so i mainly walk when the weather is better. So my problem is, i hate Houston weather and my neighborhood is not neighborly. Even my dog walker complained about them and one threatened to call cops on me when i was on a sidewalk by my back door patio with my leashed dog. People are crazy and i hate gyms cause the military tortured me there
I have lost 14 pounds in a month personally and I was still eating Chipotle and cheesecake every other weekend. I did so with lots of salad vegetables and meat but still had being human days (hate saying cheat days😂)

I think that you need to be in a severe calorie deficit to lose 20 lbs in a month and a lot of that will be water weight
